Had the best experience, with smiling staff to brand new car, to a nice little upgrade for my family of 5. Staff at the counter were super nice told me everything i had to know emphasised on the fact that the tank need to be full when returning the car, and as i rent cars all over the world i was fully aware of this fact so it’s always nice to know again. Was shown to my car which was in pristine conditions and on my return i handed the keys back and that’s it. I was bot charged unfairly for anything extra afterwards. I gave the car back as it was given to me, full tank and in the same condition. And i had nothing to worry about.

We have only 5 days for our trip. At the same time we want to see Verona, Venezia and Garda lake. We decided to take a small car. As a result fiat panda was as our choice. The car that we rent was new. For 2 adults and one child it is a good choice. In all places that we stayed we have underground parking. Due to narrow streets the Fiat Panda was a great choice and we were able to parking without stress despite narrow streets and ramps. The car has all needs for travels: apple car play(usb cable is needed), A/C. The car was hybryd so the fuel consumption was good. The service was great and we company has key box that helps people to return keys outside working hours. So I am happy about price - quality for Fiat Panda and can recommended the new hybrid Fiat Panda for small trips for 2 adults and 1 or 2 children

The whole rental process was quite good, the human servicec was nice. One think was not ok for me because you gave me a new car (2200 km) Citroen C3 Aircross with hidden defect (damaged handle of door from driver side ). You must know about it and don't inform me and what worst I had to pay 270 Euro for this defect but I didn't nothing wrong. Of course I had insurance.

Renting according agreed conditions.

I booked and paid a car with snow chains. I was given wheel socks instead. In the mountains there was heavy snow and I had to use them. It occurred that socks were too small!!! I had to pay EUR 250 a night at another hotel (mine was paid for the whole week), stay over night and buy snow chains for EUR 250 in the morning. Luckily I found a garage whose owner opened on Sunday. When I finished my trip I sent a complain. It's more than a week that I have been waiting for the response.

Position re Winter equipment (tyres/chains/socks) should be stated on initial offer panel on car hire search engines (eg CarTrawler, Ryanair).
