Lochinvar Developments Ltd Reviews

We had a team of 3 fitting windows and doors throughout the house. Davie, Scott and Bert Beattie. A great team all round. Friendly, helpful, professional and informative. They made sure we were kept updated on progress and walked us through each of the changes at the end of the day. They were clean and tidy and made sure we had very little to do once they were finished. I'd happily recommend Lochinvar and the Beatties. Great service and value and quality products.

I chose Lochinvar for my new windows and doors as I had friends who had had worked carried out by them in the past, and couldn’t sing their praises highly enough. I had 8 windows, new front and back doors along with new French doors fitted yesterday and today. The quality of the goods is exceptional. The installers the Beatties (2 brothers and their dad) were outstanding. Their attention to detail is meticulous. They were tidy, efficient and nothing was a problem. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Just had 3 double glazed windows installed and very pleased indeed with the whole process from quotation to fitting. This is the 2nd time choosing Lochinvar having had a new front door installed last year. As before, great quality product at competitive price and installation is brilliant. Special shout to Tommy and Steven who did a superb job. Hard working guys through start to finish on the install and cleaned up thoroughly. Everyone we've had contact with are friendly and professional. Honestly can't recommend them highly enough.

Great service. Windows look amazing and my flat looks better with them.

Just had our en suite bathroom re-fitted....WOW! What a fabulous engagement we had with all at Lochinvar from concept planning to completion. From start to finish - with both office based and field staff - customer service and attention to detail absolutely top drawer. The products installed and the quality work during installation and subsequent clean up were excellent.

Absolutely delighted to award 5 stars as fully deserved.

Dealing with staff in the office at Lochinvar was a pleasure, and from my first enquiry response was quick and professional.
Window and door quality is great, and the installation team were excellent, really took the time and attention to detail, explained to us every step of the way and all in all did a fantastic job.
After sales service is also excellent, with one or two adjustments needed during settlement which was not a problem, and response was friendly, quick and efficient. We've used Lochinvar in the past for a door installation, and were impressed then. I'm happy to say that we're still well impressed and would use them again without hesitation.

From start to finish, covering the initial sales enquiry and quotation, surveyor visit and finally the installation, everything went smoothly, on time and all personnel involved were very knowledgeable and courteous. We'd specifically like to thank 'Team Beattie' for their care and attention to our specific requirements for a raised sill for our French Doors and replacement of two windows with tiled recess. This required care and extra time removing the old window units to prevent any damage to the tiles, which they achieved. All window surrounds were neat with no damage to interior walls - you would never know they had been there - thank you!

I and my wife cannot praise too highly the work and work ethic of Lochinvar Development Ltd's team who did our double-glazing and doors installation. They were meticulous and careful in everything they did. We being very anxious before the installation was begun at the mess and disruption that might occur, it very quickly became obvious that we had absolutely nothing to worry about, including no need for any redecoration, something we had thought would be inevitable. The team arrived promptly and early each morning, never stopping for a break except for their brief lunch, and repeatedly declining offers of cups of tea/coffee. The acoustic double-glazed sash PVC-U windows made by ECOSlide, which we had chosen, have proved to be very elegant, as advertised, and very effective. Altogether, we can, without reservation, recommend Lochinvar's team for their craftmanship which is exemplary, and for Lochinvar's overall service.

Professional service, reasonable price, windows fitted quickly and professionally. No complaints at all.

Had New Front Door installed and the Beatties boys made excellent job. Friendly and no mess at all very professional. We also used Lochinvar to have a Sunroom put on the back of our property and could not of been happier with that also.

We had two new windows installed in a rental property. Service was super efficient from start to finish with good liasing and arranging of installation to the actual install itself. Couldn't fault the work. Many thanks.

Today there’s roadworks in leith. L800 VAR Driving the wrong way on a one way at Spiers place cause they’re too entitled to sit in traffic like everyone else. The definition of entitlement that doesn’t care for road safety then proceeded to drive along Henderson street on the wrong side of the street until junction street. Video footage sent to police Scotland. Kids finishing school and this fool showing no concern.

We used Lochinvar 3 years ago to replace our external doors and windows and they were first class.
This time it was to replace our old conservatory with a larger sunroom, and again we were delighted with the quality and service. From the dismantling and taking away our old conservatory to the last paint stroke was 2 months, which was ideal!!
All the guys & office staff were very friendly and professional and they always went above and beyond!!
We would definitely recommend!!

This was the second time I'd used Lochinvar for windows and again I'm delighted with the results.

I felt that the price was reasonable for the quality of work carried out, and the team who installed the windows were friendly and professional.

I will definitely be using Lochinvar again in future, and would highly recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish.window fitters were a gemhrlped above and beyond

I can only class this company as highly professional, with a team of extremely helpful and friendly staff members.

From the very outset their advice and knowledge were exemplary, and i am delighted with my door. As a customer they provided outstanding customer service, even after a few minor hiccups, so as a user i cannot recommend highly enough.

The work was carried out on time and with minimal distrution. The installation was carried out by Steven who was tidy and respectful at all times.

I most definitely would recommend and would not hesitate to use Lochinvar again - windows next!

We recently had an extension built by Lochinvar and we couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, the whole experience was excellent.

The customer service was outstanding — friendly, responsive, and always willing to answer any questions we had. We felt supported and informed throughout the entire process, which made everything so much less stressful.

The tradesmen were absolutely brilliant. Professional, skilled, and so friendly. They delivered a finish that exceeded our expectations.

We absolutely love the extra space the extension has given us. It has completely transformed how we live day to day. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lochinvar to anyone considering building work — a fantastic team!

The team who fitted my windows were very polite, helpful and efficient. They made an incredibly good job of fitting them so that my original shutters still worked smoothly, and I am so pleased with the result.

I have just had my new front door fitted by the Beattie team from Lochinvar. They were professional, friendly, polite, respectful, and above all, masters of their craft.
I am delighted with the quality of the door. It not only looks fabulous, but the finishing work carried out by the team was excellent. Not a mark left on any paintwork. In fact, you would never have known there had been tradesmen in my home.
My entire experience with Lochinvar, from sales through to fitting, has exceeded my expectations and I would have no hesitation in ordering from the company again.

The 3 man team that fitted my windows and patio doors were very professional, polite and extremely efficient. They guided me through their process to make sure I was happy with the intended work and went over how everything worked once the windows etc were installed. I am very happy with the results and I would certainly recommend Lochinvar.
