Lochinvar Developments Ltd Reviews

Had a new UPVC front door fitted, from initial contact to completion the service was first class, Conor came out to the house to show and advise on the the doors available, also gave great design advice.
The fitters (The Beatties) did an excellent job, they were courteous and when the work was completed they showed me how to operate the door, they also left the area spotlessly clean.
Delighted with the door and have had plenty of comments on how good it looks.
Would have no hesitation in recommending Lochinvar.

Excellent service from start to finish . Windows fitted to a very high standard by Steven and Tommy and a great asset to the company . Very good after sales service by Gary and Conor .Would not hesitate to recommend .

We required a new front door. Lochinvar showroom had a fantastic range of doors on display using a variety of materials, designs and colours. Conor's friendly manner in the shop and home visit was professional, helpful and he ensured we had all the information needed to make an informed choice. The fitters and after sale team were amazing. I would urge everyone to use this company for prime designs and styles, competitive pricing and bespoke first class service.

I Ordered 2 doors and i am very happy with the work carried out.The 2 fitters arrived promptly on the day they said they would, they carried out the work, tidied up and left, very polite guys, would definitely recommend Lochinvar as my doors look lovely, quality work, thanks

Really impressive service from initial ordering to fitting new front door. Friendly and professional fitters, came early and no mess to clean up when finished.
Delighted with new front door.

Good pricing, friendly service and timely installation. The guys who did the work installing the windows were excellent and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. We are very happy with the windows and plan to get the next tranche installed in the near future.

Thank you team Beattie who installed my new sash & case windows. They worked extremely hard to get the job done with great care & professionalism.
I highly recommend Lochinvar as they are a great company to do business with, from Douglas in sales to Charles & the team in the office and of course team Beattie the joiners who fitted the windows.

Had our windows replaced the workman father and two sons ( Bert,David and Scott) the Beattie family their workmanship is OUTSTANDING absolutely delighted with the finish they left they could not have been more professional and respectful, the house was left as though they hadn’t been there would highly recommend getting these guys to do your windows

So lovely to have a great experience with a business who truly believes in customer care and delivers a professional service. I was impressed with their service from the first visit, through to final installation. The three man team (Davie +2) arrived promptly and finished when they said they would. I can honestly say I was expecting to go home and start the clean up when they finished. I am sure they left it even better than it was before they started.

Have already recommended them to friends because of the amazing service and I am so happy with all my new window's.

Really good service from start to finish. Everyone was friendly and professional, and clearly knew their stuff. The fitters turned up early and it went like clockwork. Put down sheets and protective stuff and tidied up afterwards. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and I would use them again if need be.

Had like for like windows replaced in a conservation area. The Beattie gang, father & two sons, were FABULOUS. They just wouldn’t take a break despite offers of tea/coffee. They all worked so hard & happily answered all questions. VERY tidy workers. Can’t praise them highly enough.

Excellent product quality, superb fitters, left no mess, were fast and fantastic!

I make no apologies for the cliche ‘Team work makes the dream work’, but Lochinvar do just that. From our initial contact with Gary and Mark, our garage/shower/utility conversion was a joy. The end result is stunning.

Andrew, Daniel, Jim, Jamie, Rhys, Andy, Brian, John, Chris and Callum all deserve a huge thank you. Not forgetting the lovely Chyvonne in the office. Chic was frequently on site checking the progress of the work, and resolving any issues that arose.

We have already highly recommended Lochinvar to friends and family. Thank you for delivering a great service.

We got both windows and a complete bathroom makeover by Lochinvar. From design consultation to completion, the team were professional and hard working. They were very tidy while fitting both windows and bathroom and kept us informed of what was happening and the progression of the job. There customer service was also excellent. We would highly recommend Lochinvar.

Great experience and result with the whole team at Lochinvar. We had a garage conversion with en suite completed and the result is really impressive. All the team members were helpful and courteous and the workmanship is great. We have had many positive comments about the quality and finish. Thanks again to all the team! Great job!

I cannot recommend Lochinvar highly enough. We had a flat roof replaced with an orangery and are delighted with the finished product. Gary and Chyvonne in the office, and all the tradesmen, without exception, were all very professional, helpful and extremely polite.
Thanks you Lochinvar.

We had a great experience with Lochinvar. We had our old conservatory demolished and a new sunroom built. Gary and team were very helpful with design suggestions for the new sunroom and navigating through planning and building control approvals process. The team of builders and joiners were great - always turning up on time, very tidy and causing as little disruption as possible. They really pulled out all the stops so that the new room was usable by Christmas. The quality of the work is superb with very few snagging issues that were dealt with very smoothly - all for a very competitive price. We would be happy to recommend Lochinvar and would have no hesitation using them again in future.

Faultless service, and faultless product. From the consultation appointment to the measurement, and fitting of our absolutely fantastic door we don't have a single negative thing to say. We were directed to the company by a neighbour who was having work done, and aside from the earworm of the 90s advert, we can see that word of mouth is enough for the company to succeed, such is the quality of their work and the materials they use.

The service from this company was excellent. They came when they said they would, did a very prefessional job, and the window looks excellent. And my room is no longer draughty! Thanks everyone at Lochinvar, especially Douglas and Graeme.

Good company towork with. Good products, workmanship and customer care. Reasonable prices
