Confusing delivery details
Product was fine but I was confused by who exactly was delivering it because I had emails from 2 separate couriers.

I ordered a bottle of gin, they took the money from my account, they then informed me over a day later that they don’t have that bottle anymore, I am still waiting on a refund and it has now been a week since they issued the refund.
