We’re sorry you were disappointed and would like to clear up the misunderstanding.
The product title is *“Ultion Keys High Security with Free Key Caps”**. The promotion only applies to free key caps, not an extra free key. The product descriptions looked like:
With free red key cap
With free black key cap
Standard extra key without key cap
You selected the “standard extra key without key cap” option. The word “extra” here simply means an additional high-security key (not a free one). This option does not include a free key cap, which is clearly stated in the variant name.
It seems the wording “extra key” was misinterpreted as meaning you would get another key for free. Unfortunately, that is not the case — the free item in the promotion is only the key cap on the first two options.
Whilst this has a been listed this way for a long time, selling 100's of these to 100's of people it is evident that the misinterpretation is possible, so we have altered the wording.
