Thank you for your review. I’ve looked into your order and can see that DPD attempted delivery on both the 7th and 8th of May. Unfortunately, the item was returned to us after the second unsuccessful attempt.
While I understand delivery issues can be frustrating, the fact that no one was available to accept the parcel on either occasion isn’t something we have control over, so we don’t feel a 1-star review is entirely fair in this case.
As the key was custom-made to your specifications, we’re unable to offer a refund. However, we’d be happy to arrange redelivery if you’d like. Please get in touch and we can organise this (payment for redelivery would be required).
