Among other things, a thief stole my wheel nut key from my car, a Jeep Renegade, which, of course, I didn’t realise until I needed it. Jeep was worse than useless and their staff at Walton service centre should hang their head in shame. Totally unhelpful. Jeep customer services, though polite and sympathetic, was ultimately equally useless. This company was superb. The replacement key arrived within a week from Germany, was a perfect fit, and saved me a shed load of money as Jeep’s only solution was to drill out the lock nuts (on all four wheels) at significant cost and inconvenience. Highly recommend! Fast, efficient and effective. Jeep? Useless.

I was unable to find my wheel nut key when my car went in for a service. Hyundai said they could chisel the bolts off and replace them at a cost of £150!

Found this company after a web search - i was a little bit apprehensive especially as i had to give them a copy of my V5 and DL but they were excellent. Shipped from Germany via DHL and arrived at the dealership the next day and fitted perfectly! (at less than a third of the price of the dealership)

Customer service was excellent and were very communicative. My only slight issue was trying to get the correct photo aspect so that they could clearly see the key pattern.

I would highly recommend to anyone in the same situation. First Class Service.

My partner bought a car and when he took it for a service found that it didnt have a locking wheel nut key. We had no code to enable us to get one and searched high and low and no-one seemed to be able to help.
I found this website and at first was a little dubious about sending ID etc. I can assure you that this company went out of their way to help and to reassure us that they could get a key and it would work! We were so nervous to try it but like they said, it worked!! So pleased, and thank you to them for the speed of their service and the communication in between. Highly recommend.

They managed to identify and supply a replacement wheel nut key from a photo, but don't worry, the security checks in place to ensure the vehicle is yours are spot on. Overall a fantastic service from the first phone to the wheel nut key arrival.

Friendly, Helpful and Knowledgeable service. Fantastic all around. Much more helpful than Ford were and knew exactly which key I needed before I provided photographs. Paid at 10am Thursday, the key arrived on Friday. Ford quoted me 2 weeks!

My Mondeo nut sheared off due to use by airguns previously, and a mobile tyre fitter couldn't complete the job. Ford said it might be up to 4 weeks for a new nut IF I had the 8-digit reference number - which I don't. Wasn't sure about these guys but ordered one anyway. Within 45 minutes of my placing the order I had an email to say they'd identified the nut and a new one was in the post! That's fast! Arrived the next morning - Saturday - fits perfectly. Tyres replaced 2 days later - shout-out to Halfords On The Drive - they were great, waived the callout fee and new tyres fitted,

After only finding out I’d lost my locking wheel but key when I had a puncture, I was really stuck. Called them up and gave them the code along with a picture of nut. Next day, new key arrived which is perfect fit. 10/10

Excellent service, arrived day after order placed

Great service and communication. The website could do with modernising and being slicker - as that is their front door. The VW dealer had lost the key and recommended we get it drilled off and fit another key!! Why do that, when you can order a new key instead? Very impressed and highly recommended.

I managed to drive off with my key still on one of the wheels, losing the thing a few days before driving abroad. Luckily I had the key-code, paid extra for next day delivery, new key arrived as promised & fitted perfectly. Thank you Locking Wheel Nuts for saving our holiday.

Couldn’t fault service price and customer service

Ordered a replacement key 9th September on the 'Silver' 3-5 working day delivery service. 11th September received a dispatched notification. 18th September still nothing arrived and no sign of anything coming on the tracking number supplied. Courier cannot locate the parcel. LNWK Customer service rude telling me I have changed the delivery details and not agreeing to send a replacement. Frustrating beyond belief.

Ordered a key for my new car as I noticed it was missing after leaving the dealership (typical). I ordered with the standard delivery as I wouldn't be using the car for a while anyway, and it arrived in less than a week! A nice simple process, very happy, thank you!
