Excellent service. Locking wheel nut key arrived promptly and fitted perfectly. Highly reccommended

Used the gold service option (extra £20) as I had a long journey to make in 2 days time and wanted to insure against Murphy's law. Very simple process to send required documentation. Key arrived less than 24 hours after I placed the order and it fits perfectly.

This was a straight forward process from start to finish. Sent the pictures of my wheel key and V95 as proof of ownership and 2 days later (with silver service) the new wheel lock key was delivered. I tested it on my car and it was perfect.

After loosing my locking wheel nut key and going to various Porsche dealers who said they could help but could not, can you believe that the Porsche dealers send you away telling you to get them ground off and they will then sell me a new set. I then contacted LWNK. They explained what to do but there was no need to phone as all clearly explained on the web site. After filling in all required sent off details to LWNK. Within 1 hour they had identified the key and said it was going to be dispatched. 2 days later the key arrived and yes it was a perfect match and solved my problem. One of the best companies i have dealt with.

Bought a S/H Honda CRV and found that there was no lock-nut key to remove the alloy wheels.Found L.W.N.K. on the web who could provide a key from a close-up picture of the lock-nut. Ordering involved comprehensive email details to prove that I was the owner. I would use this company again rather than the thought of invasive removal of the existing lock-nuts which could damage the alloy wheels. I expected the order to take longer but the key arrived just four days later. It fits and removes the wheels with no problem.I would give the purchasing of of my key 6 stars if that were possible.

Superb service. I lost my wheel nut locking key. Sent photograph of wheel nut on day 1 for a replacement Porsche key and it was delivered from Germany on day 2 by UPS. This was using Lockingkeys gold star service. Well worth the cost, far quicker, cheaper and more convenient than the long trip to dealership for them to identify the correct key using their master set and charging workshop time.
Cannot praise them enough.

I contacted Locking Wheel Nut Keys to help me source a key for my dad's Mk4 VW Golf. Within an hour of sending a photo, they confirmed that they could supply a new key on a 3 - 5 working day delivery service (their so-called "Silver Service") for a little under £50, which I agreed to.

After 6 working days, no sign of the key! So I rang their office and was told to send an e-mail to customer services, which I did. The response was that they had checked the tracking number and it was showing as having been delivered, I would have to fill in an escalation form for them to send to Royal Mail. This I did and I also asked three times for them to give me the tracking number - this did not happen.

Eventually, after 8 working days, the key dropped through the post having been sent via ordinary Royal Mail First Class Post the day before!

Top and bottom of it is, whilst the key did the job, somebody somewhere was telling porkies about the delivery; they couldn't supply me with a tracking number (probably because one didn't exist); and they didn't supply the service requested. Whilst the outcome was favourable eventually, the service has left a lot to be desired and I will definitely think twice before I use them again.

The garage managed to brake my locking wheel nut key, I thought it would be a trip to VW but these guys came to my rescue!!! Amazing service all around, within 3 days they had sourced and delivered my key all using pictures of the nut. Thank you so much for saving me from an expensive trip to VW.

I purchased online and sent the relevant email containing the required pics. Reply came same day that my nut key had been identified and processed.
New key arrived in under a week and fitted perfectly. I wish I hadn't spent so much time trying to get one nut off without the new key. Luckily I hadn't damaged the nut too much, the new key still fitted nicely and nut removed in seconds.

Lost my locking wheel nut key. I could not find one on ebay as last resort I said I try these guys here. Cant fault the service

Great service. Fast, reliable and simple to manage.

My honest opinion.

The Good:
- Keys came and were perfect and great quality.

The Bad:
- Website is awful. Genuinely worried the whole operation was a scam at first (can confirm definitely not).
- Delivery took over 2 weeks. When I emailed to ask for some proof of delivery they sent their own internal Delivery Note, NOT proof of sending or delivery.
- Customer Service reply to emails was short and impatient. I really felt talked down to and that they didn't understand what I was asking for.
- My key was sent direct from an overseas manufacturer. While this explains the excessive wait for delivery this was never made clear to me. If they had mentioned my key was coming from Germany I'd have probably not been as worried when it didn't turn up after 2 weeks. Customer perception and managing people's expectations are important.

Would I use LWNK again? Yes, because overall the product was good quality and well priced. I can't say I'd look forward to dealing with their customer service team again though. I fear they'll dismiss my feelings in this review and that's their prerogative but I'm simply giving my personal experience.

Placed an order using the gold service at 17:08pm and had my locking nut at 10:00am the next morning! Unbelievable service! If that wasn’t impressive enough, the locking nut key was a perfect fit and saved me hours of painless labour trying to remove locking nuts. Super impressed & 1million percent recommend! 5 stars all the way!
