Needed a wheel nut key for wife's Seat

Needed a key for wife's Seat Ibiza, placed an order and had a perfect fit delivered in less than 24hrs. When I rang to clarify few things, the phone was answered within few seconds. Definitely recommended, but hope I won't need to use again! :)

Pleasantly surprised by TWNK.co.uk

Pleasantly surprised by TWNK.co.uk. Ordering process was straightforward and the part came within a week. One thing I would say is I was wary of ordering from the company at first as their website looks like it could be a scam - the company could do itself a favour by investing in a website designer; it was only thanks to the reviews on TrustPilot that I ordered from them, hence the 4 star review.

Brilliant service.

Brilliant service.

I was messed around by Vauxhall at my local dealership who wanted to charge me over £250 to remove and replace the locking wheel nuts after THEY failed to provide me with key when I purchased the vehicle last year. I was then told I wouldn't get a replacement anywhere.

I reached out to this company and the response was swift and the correct wheel nut key arrived within the delivery time scale I paid for. Really got me out of a situation which was stressing me out.

100% would recommend.

LWNK got me out of a real jam

What a great experience. A long story, so sorry about that, but this describes how a small error snowballed into a larger one.

A while back, my dealership repaired my car - the electric window regulator and the door release. These parts were replaced, but they neglected to refit the keylock release !!

Fast forward to now, the Infrared sensor has failed and car doors (or boot, or bonnet) will not unlock. Because the keylock release has not been fitted, I can’t open the door with the key manually.

The emergency bonnet release that allows the battery to be disconnected to reset the door solenoids is under the wheel arch, and you have to remove the wheel to get to it - but the locking wheel nut is inside the car !!

Enter LWNK. From a photo they identified the correct key and I could eventually use my emergency bonnet release. My alternative would be to break the side window glass, or break the headlight, which I didn’t really want to do. The side window costs £200 and a new headlight is £800. Neither of these was a route I want to take.

LWNK got me out of this jam and without them I would have a considerable repair cost.
Thanks very much LWNK

Amazing service

Amazing service. I got a quote for removal of my locking nut for £155.00. I needed my key quickly so paid for gold service. I received my key 48 hours later all for around £60. I would highly recommend this company. I am going to post them on social media as People get charged too much with Mobile removal services.

Easy though expensive to order online if you have the code which is not stamped on the original "key" and arrives from Germany well packed but does take a little time. Right key supplied first time. Recommended service.

To Purchase a replacement key or not?

Not knowing what to do when my locking wheel nut key broke, i found this company online - a little hesitant on placing an order at first, but considering the value of getting a garage to fix or just re-order a replacement key the decision was made.
easy process of ordering and sending all relvant information through to enable a replacement to be sent out
very fast delivery too of a replacement - couldnt have been easier thank you
would definately recommend and would re-order again in the future if needed - a BIG thank you :)
