An immediate appointment was booked for me. The technician arrived early but waited outside until the appointment time. The technician was quick and done the job within 45 minutes.

I have RAC key cover and these guys were great in installing a new spare key. They had to replace the KVM module in my car as JLR only allow 2 keys to be coded per KVM, so it took a few hours to do. But the guy who sorted it out was great, down to earth and just an overall pleasure to have round.

A tip for any JLR car owners. You need to put the car in ‘service mode’ for a new car key to be coded. The only way to do this is to have the JLR Remote app, and you need a subscription. I called JLR and they gave me a weeks free subscription just to get it done. Super helpful.
