Locksmith has replaced the key, but could not reprogram the existing key to match the new programmed key. Could you re issue an instruction to your locksmith to provide a 2ed key or atleast provide an instruction to reprogram the existing key in order I have 1 spare key.

Although the initial contact with Locksmiths & Locks was confusing it was eventually sorted out. They appointed a contractor called Matthew of A55 Car Keys. He was prompt, professional and extremely helpful. Thank you Matthew.

Used via an Aviva Key Claim. They pushed for AA but it was a 10 day wait. I said surely you must have at least one other provider you use and eventually I was given the number for locksmiths and locks. They were spot on - an immediate and brief call to confirm details and that the key would be ordered. A quick what’s app exchange to send log book photo and date. Came out date and time expected (which was Christmas Eve!) to neat home. A smart friendly efficient fitter and it was all sorted within the hour. Would definitely recommend.

Once the key replacement had been approved by the insurers, the service from Locksmiths & Locks was extremely efficient. We were booked in for the next day with a 2-hour window (1-3pm) and the engineer arrived at 1pm exactly. Work was completed in about 1 hour. Very happy.

Fantastic service! I lost my car key and was really stressed, but this locksmith made the whole process easy and quick. Great professional service! Really helpful and offers some great advice! If I’m ever in the situation of loosing my keys or need a replacement, will definitely use again.

The gentleman who came, from Car Key Solutions, spent a lot of time getting a new key working despite it being very late. He finished after 8pm and still had an hour's travel to get home. He was very polite and helpful. He may have been let down by the support staff who did not get a key code from Honda despite having over 24 hours to do so. Very happy with the end result.

Chris was really professional and also so friendly. He arrived and got started straight away.
He gave me an update part way through and let me know when he'd finished.
He made sure I could see that the new key worked perfectly, showed me all the functions and the in-car functions, before he went.

The locksmith from this company arrived punctually, despite coming quite a distance. He found my house without fuss - other drivers often struggle to find my address. He then completed the job efficiently & politely, in a very quick time.
Overall I was very happy with this choice of company.

My car is a Suzuki Wagon R+ 2004. The technician was not able to supply me with a fully working key. He managed to program the key immobiliser but could not program the remote locking. But he was helpfully with an excellent attitude.

Booking an appointment was easy and arranged for the next day. The attending locksmith gave me a call approximately 20 minutes before arrival. He was very friendly and in under 30 minutes I was sorted with a new key. Excellent job.

Because the locksmith didn't want to travel to where the car was located they cancelled my key claim. I have now sold the car but told the new owner that I would sort out a spare key to be forwarded on to them. This locksmith now wants to charge me over £340 to deliver a key to me.
