Thanks to Janis for saving us last night and helping in our hotel. He arrived quickly and was able to resolve the problem in a few minutes.

Five star experience from start to finish. The communication from Rita via phone and email was very friendly, fast and accommodating. Alexandre the technician was extremely polite, competent and did an excellent job opening a safe after a burglary. Not to mention, after the two more well known safe specialists didn’t have the courtesy to reply my emails. Thanks again. Sean

I called this company at 9.30 p.m. on a Sunday evening and I had a locksmith at my door in 30 minutes.
The guy named Janis was amazing. He tried everything and was an absolute gentleman. He did not stop until he got us back into our house within a half hour.
I could not thank him enough for his determination and skill. I thought the price was excellent as it was the weekend and late at night.
I would HIGHLY recommend this company and thanks once again to Janis.

Forgot to pick up my keys and steped outside my house.Halldoor closed behind me.No way of getting back in.Googled Dialock and locksmith was at my house within 45 minutes.Within a few minutes I was back in my house.

Lost house key and found Dialock on Google after several other companies refusing to come to Bray on a Sunday. Dialock were out in 45 mins. 5 star service, so professional. We had a problem with our front door lock, it was proper banjaxed and handle would not move. We bought it from Munster Joinery a good few years ago. But of course they shut down completely for 2 weeks holidays every July. Rang all their emergency numbers which rang out. So found Dialock on google and rang the number. Spoke to a real nice helpful guy, explained our predicament, he explained there was no call-out charge if they couldn't fix it. They sent out one of their engineers (Alexander from Latvia) who arrived 30 minutes after the call. Alexander was absolutely brilliant. Assessed the door and worked it all out. No panic. He had to replace the entire locking system , had the parts in his van. Had to make some adjustments, but nothning was a problem for him and he had it all sorted in less than an hour. Dialock are a super professional outfit and I just wanted to share my positive experience dealing with them. I literally rang them at 2.45pm today and door was fixed by 5pm, that tells you the level of service these guys are providing - top class people
