First class service
As with the previous review, I've had a truly excellent experience with LockwoodHume. Having done some homework over the weekend on their website, I had a fair idea of what I needed. An initial call on Mon. morning set the ball rolling and by the afternoon I had placed the order (Paypal). The chair was delivered by 11:00 am Tues. Kerri & Paul were both helpful & communicative throughout the process. I could not have asked for more - a five star performance

Superb customer service!
I've had an excellent experience with LockwoodHume every time I've dealt with them. Quality products, and excellent customer service. When there was an issue with my order, rather than wait for me to contact them, they contacted me. The issue was quickly and professionally resolved, and Kerri gave a masterclass in friendly and efficient customer service. Throughout, I felt like a human, rather than just an email address or number on a spreadsheet. Once the issue was resolved, the goods arrived very quickly, and in perfect condition. Overall a superb experience!

Great Service
I placed my order earlier this week, and wow, I splurged a bit more than usual, but it was absolutely worth every penny! Paul was amazing – he kept me updated every step of the way, making the whole process feel so smooth.
Then, I received an email from Paul that my order was being dispatched and would arrive by Monday.! But then, to my surprise, I heard a knock on the door on Saturday afternoon – it was my chair!
Putting it together was a breeze, and once I settled into it, I realized how incredibly comfortable it is. I couldn’t be happier! Thank you so much!

Bit disappointing to be honest
Bit disappointing to be honest. Ordered my HAG Capisco chair on the 17th November, and as at the 13th January I'm still waiting for delivery. Wasn't expecting such a long lead time, and I can't get an answer from the phone number on the website for an update. I'm sure the chair will be fine when it arrives though, they have great reviews
UPDATE: chair delivered on the 31st January, well over two months from order and without any notice. I was out and the box looked like it had been run over and all parts of the chair were damaged to varying degrees, some parts missing. In fairness part of my issue is likely better directed at the delivery company and they've agreed to pick it up and provide a full refund which is no more or less than I could hope for, but the service overall has been really poor

Excellent service,there was a problem with the availability of my first choice office chair. So after a quick search I found an even more suitable alternative (better than my original selection) I spoke to Brian over the phone he was very helpful and made sure everything was sorted very quickly, it was delivered in a day or two.

No updates, no delivery
Placed an order for a £500 chair more than 2 weeks ago. Got an immediate email saying the order was confirmed (but with no indication of when delivery would be) and have heard nothing since. Have chased for updates on status twice and received no reply but have now received two requests for a review of my experience. So here it is.
