No effect
For more than 1 month I had only 1 response. And even that response was a little bit strange. Because person write me at the morning and when I call him 4 hours later he said that he already rent this apartment for other person.
and that all after I delete all my preferences (for example, that I need a place with minimum of furniture)
I places a very good price, above the market. I changed during first time from studio to apartment, because all studios was designated for students. Thing that you only possibly may know after investigating why from a lot of proposals on this site only 1 or 2 is elegable for you. Oh... you elegeble for them, I mean.
And made highter my max price. Even than nobody contact me. And at last week they write me an e-mail that I need to change the city for my search.
And... you will be elegable only at small area on exact "city" you choosed.
And you only can made some changes 1 week after you placed you anouncment. After that you only can made new one and pay for that.
And, I think, that my lake of response was provoked by abcense of documents like proof of income and etc.
But if a had this document, I already find something in any agency on the area.
Conclusion. If you like me, found this site because you have not that papers (like proof of incomes), that site would not resolve you problem, you would just spend more 34 euros for nothing. And you will need this money for pay you logement at some hotel...

We are sorry our website gave you a bad experience. However we are not specially dedicated to people who don't have documents (as you said). It's a fact renting between private individuals is easier than renting by agencies, but you still need some proofs you can pay a rent.
