Dreadful
Dreadful. I paid them 34 Euros as I wasn't able to enquire about one of their listed properties without doing so. It's been around a month now and I haven't been contacted about a single property even though my budget would be sufficient for pretty much any property in my requested area. Based on my experience, this service is beyond appalling and a complete and utter waste of money...mine at least.
Further to the Locservice response. I have been offered around six alternative properties via a mix of agents and free publications, none of which I have had to pay for the initial inquiry. I doubt the house advertised via your channel was actually available at the time of my paying the fee, based on the lack of response. There is no shortage of property over 100 m2 if you care to research. If you charge money for a service you need to provide it!

Maybe you could have more chances by looking for a smaller house or an apartement.
