We used the Roehampton branch, following a recommendation. We initially spoke with Robin, who was wonderful; kind, compassionate and professional at every stage. Robin clearly explained everything we needed to consider, happily held a video call (as we were not local), and helped us with our various questions as we navigated the arrangements. On the day of the funeral, we met with Sue and Daniel, both were amazing, with their care, attention to detail and seamless service.

We would highly recommend Lodge Brothers. Robin our arranger was always professional, kind and efficient with such expertise it made the whole process so much easier for us . The funeral was exactly as planned and ran smoothly from start to finish. Thank you

Everything, from the first meeting with Robin. From Arranging the funeral, visiting the chapel to her making time for visiting family after hours. Robin was attentive, empathetic and extremely supportive to us as a family.
I spoke to the female conductor the eve of the funeral and said that I would be happy with 75% Perfection . I would be silly to expect more, right?
The respect that was shown to my daughter from you guys was heartwarming to me. Both at the church and graveside. I loved the fact our limo driver used our first names when supplying us with information , made it a much more of a personal affair rather than a duty and paid service. I felt they were there as attendees. 💙
The attentiveness towards my 93 year old elderly mum, when the rain started was also noted by everyone. As well as the personal assistance given to her.
After taking us back to the wake from the cemetery, I was asked if I got my 75% satisfaction? My answer was no! .. I got 100%
You guys are professional, personal and as a family we could not be more grateful to you for helping us on my daughter’s final journey .

Very good staff delivering a high standard of service. Everything was well organised and the funeral went smoothly.

Lodge brothers were extremely professional and showed great empathy. They supported us to make a very difficult situation a little easier. The staff were extremely helpful and the service was conducted just as we asked. They went above and beyond to assist all our personal requests and I would certainly use their services again if needed.

Karen in The Lodge Bros Roehampton office was incredibly patient, kind and diligent during the whole process of my Mothers funeral. Kieth, the conductor on the day, gave my mother the respect and dignity she would have loved. I can't thank Lodge Brothers enough, from their professionalism and care down to the attentiveness of their staff especially Sue Harvey from the Roehampton branch , who helped and made sure my brothers funeral was exactly what myself and my family wanted and what celebrated my brothers life perfectly.

When it came to viewing my brother, all I can say is he looked so peaceful and the personal touches we asked for were done to perfection.

The day of the funeral was also perfect; it wasn't rushed, we were given time to look at the flowers, talk to friends and family and every moment was talked through with Sue beforehand and the small details, such as the souvenirs from the horses, meant everything. Thank you so much.

I was so impressed by the care offered and the level of service I experienced at one of the most emotional times of my life. Losing my much cherished friend, James Keen, is something that will take a lifetime to come to terms with and preparing for his send off and the day itself remain fixed as one of the most difficult experiences I've ever had to endure. The whole unconscionably long time between James's passing and his funeral was not only made bearable, but survivable because of the respectful, calming and reassuring manner of 'the face of Lodge Bros. at Roehampton', Sue. I was able to visit with my mate for each of the 10 days prior to his funeral and every time Sue was there, gently reassuring and answering any and every question, pertinent to every situation that I needed an explanation for . I am so grateful for Sue's matter-of-fact yet endlessly caring manner. She really did put my mind at ease and empowered me to carry on when I really thought that I'd be consumed by grief. Her commitment to service far surpassed any expectation and she is the paramount example of what 'first class' really means. Lodge Brothers stands as the perfect example of the consummate business truly focused on customer needs at a time when confusion reigns. It's a sad business but their delivery ensured that there was a level of positivity that one simply wouldn't expect in such dark days. They gave a great service, polite, helpful, accommodating and put everyone at ease at a very difficult time.

I have been dealing with Lodge Brothers over the past couple of months and they have helped me and my family through a difficult time, providing a professional service, while also showing warmth and care. From the outset they offered reassurance, explained procedures and guided us through the process of registering Mum's death, organising her the funeral etc... When Sue first phoned I felt that we were in good hands. It was a great comfort to know that I could just pop into the branch, or call, for a quick catch up as well as having longer meetings if required. The flowers, coffin, orders of service and memory book were all beautiful. A big thank you to Daniel, the conductor, who supported us through the cremation with his calm and unhurried presence and of course, to Sue for looking after us throughout.

Sue was very professional but with a caring nature that made us feel warm and welcome. She looked after our loved one with the upmost care and respect.

I recently arranged my uncle’s funeral through the Roehampton office.

I don’t know quite where to begin in expressing my gratitude to Sue Harvey, who held my hand through every step.

I needed to arrange the service in just seven days and initially I was so overwhelmed at the thought. But from the very first moment we spoke, Sue had such a reassuring approach to absolutely everything.

I will never forget her professionalism, but most importantly, her kindness and patience. She really did bring such comfort and light, during what was a difficult time to navigate.

Sue was very kind and made the whole funeral planning as easy as possible nothing was to much effort and everything we wanted she made happen. She called and checked in to make sure we was OK and to see if there was anymore she could help with. She was simply amazing like an angel sent to help with such a sad time.
