For 240 years we have provided funerals, both modern & traditional, with reverence and compassion, for all faiths and the non-religious. We can facilitate cremations, burials, direct cremations and remembrance services. We bring our Lodge difference to every service offered including our own legal team (providing wills, probate and lasting POAs) and our highly skilled masons providing unique memorials, inscriptions and design work. We have a dedicated Funeral Plan Team who can help with planning for the future with a funeral plan or funeral wishes. We also supply floral tributes, Orders of Service, cremation urns and keepsake jewellery.

Very understanding

The services was first rate from the moment I spoke with Alistair in your Thames Ditton office. I would describe the service as caring, professional and of good quality throughout. Alistair advised very well regarding the different crematoriums and introduced us to Naomi a highly professional and caring celebrant.

Tremendous customer service
Tremendous customer service from beginning to end from the Thames Ditton branch. All the staff I encountered at Lodge Bros, including Alistair, Laura and Rob, went out of their way to make sure nothing during this difficult time threatened to overwhelm. The funeral was arranged and conducted splendidly, and all arrangements were carried out according to instructions. In short, a highly professional service.

Wonderful support
Alistair and Laura were so compassionate and kind in helping to arrange the funeral of my mum. They were amazing and so supportive and helped so much with all the decisions that need to be made at this emotional and stressful time. They made the whole process so much easier and were wonderful when we visited her in the chapel of rest. Also a big thank you to Daniel and his team who guided us through the whole day and the burial so professionally and compassionately. They were incredible and everything went perfectly. One slight observation - On initial notice the Lodge Bros name & logo was bigger than the name of deceased . Just too commercial .

However good your service was - and it was very good - I am not sure if it would be appropriate to describe it as “ great”.

Sara & Alistair were able to organise a beautiful funeral making really helpful suggestions & fulfilling our ideas making it so personal.
Sara was my first contact who was so kind & compassionate during a very emotional & stressful time, she felt like a friend and we were able to share stories & laughter.
Alistair was also very kind, helpful gave the best hugs & helping us finalising everything.
We appreciated every member of the Lodge Brothers who was involved as they were all kind & amazing and couldn't do enough to help.
It has been sometime since dad's funeral but unfortunately things have been difficult but I sincerely wanted to thank you all.

Alister was excellent. He was very helpful, thoughtful and sympathetic.
