Auto messages MASSIVE LET DOWN
I am having an ongoing auto messaging issue that they just cant seem to resolve, I am so bored of it for 3 months it is still not resolved.
1. BOOKING CONFIRMATION NOT SENT.
2. MESSAGES BEING SENT ON THE WRONG DAY
2. MESSAGES SENT AT 1.00 AM
This is all real and genuine I have the screen shots, do yourself a favor go to guesty.
Sean Rakidzich was right! he needs to see this incompetence and warn his huge subscriber base.

This app allows my wife and I to manage our AirBnB ourselves with far less effort. Integration with booking apps, managing calendar and communication, and financial management allows us to rent with far less stress and prevents us from needing a property manager.

What a fantastic channel manager. I had a brilliant onboarding session with Brian. In just half an hour, he answered all my questions and provided clear guidance. We used RoomRaccoon ourselves for years. It was a terrible system, with poor customer service, and all for ten times the price of Lodgify. I look forward to many years of working together.
