This is a completely deceitful scam company - masquerading as a UK based company, with a London based address (which on later investigation turned out to be in residential area) - which I now note has been changed to an address in Albuquerque!! Goods advertised as handcrafted in the UK on their website, only when they didn’t arrive in timely fashion and was growing suspicious did I get a message that it was on the way from China. When after a long wait it eventually arrived it was of poor quality and fit.
Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!

Same experience as everyone else. Scam. How did people get in contact with costumer service? I’m trying to get a refund but they don’t reply to my emails.

Absolute scam ….. be persistent and you will get a full refund, contact bank, contact trading standards, tell them you have been in contact with a consumer rights agent don’t give up and don’t settle for 50% I got full refund, just be persistent the product they sent is hilarious and the advert is scammed off Clarkes

Don’t buy from this company. I ordered a wool Cardigan. In short, what I received was totally different from what I ordered. The customer service person seemed to be sincere but it does not say this company is a reliable company. I only got 60% refund.

Hi, Although my order was not the right size,I have to say that I found their customer service to be excellent.
They replied promptly and I had no problem getting a refund.
They couldn’t have been more polite snd helpful

This company is horrendous, falsely advertising items as ‘handmade in London’ only for them to arrive from China so poorly made and if you would like to return them then you have to cover extortionate postage.
I ordered some boots that were supposedly in the sale, it was only when I was sent tracking info that I saw they were coming from China. They honestly wouldn’t be more than £5 to put together they’re ridiculous. Still currently trying to get my money back and for them to cover the postage to return them which is over £20.
Feel cheated and scammed, should not be able to get away with this. I will be taking this further.

Please Do Not buy anything from this company, there products are inadequate, of inferior quality and the company is just scamming you. They will take your money and they will not refund .
They should be given a 0 not a 1. This compan needs closing down.

Not a local company with a sob story! They’re in fact a Chinese company whose items stink like damp warehouse!

Scam - complete scam. If purchased via credit card contact your card issuer; our issuer Halifax is supporting us , so fingers crossed we will get our money back.

I wish I had read the reviews here before I ordered. Advertised as cashmere - arrived and cardigans are 100 synthetic. Wish me luck getting a refund.

ABSOLUTE SCAM!
I actually thought I’d received someone else’s order! The boots bore no resemblance to what I’d ordered!
So I looked on trustpilot and discovered all of these very accurate descriptions of what happened to other people! I wish I’d looked at reviews before the purchase but the insta site looked so authentic ! I totally fell for the London family business closing down sale!! Beautiful quality leather and luxury wool fleece lining, with a thick substantial sole!
I received the thinnest plastic with synthetic fluff inside and a joke of a thin flimsy cheap plastic sole!

This company should be shut down!
I do not recommend buying anything from them!
Expensive mistake on my part. I will never purchase again from an unknown company without checking out the reviews first!

Please DO NOT buy anything from them. I wish I’d looked at reviews before the purchase. The product (I bought a pair of boots) quality is so poor, the sole is thinner than slippers and cheap plastic, this is a joke boot. AND sent me the wrong colour and took 3 weeks to arrive. I asked for a refund but refused to refund unless I sent them to China with tracking postage which cost almost the same as the boots price. Customer service response looks like AI. The web looks nice, DO NOT believe it. I learned the lesson.

I complained and in the end, they refunded 70% w/o returning the product (but I had to throw it away as useless.

I should have suspected their email address was a free Google email as follows;
"If you have any questions, reply to this email or contact us at @gmail.com"

This is a scam, fraud! Do not get fooled.

Agree with all the other reviews. Awful product, very poor quality and nothing like the pictures. I was fooled by the "London' in the name. Took nearly a month to arrive and they are so awful, not like boots at all. i will never wear them. Scam.

Reiterate what everyone else says. I had actually despatched the boots to the London address for a refund before receiving the email that says to return them to China. The website looks really nice and has a London address but the product takes ages to come (as it is coming from China and not London). I have no doubt that I have learned a lesson and will not see my money! (plus the cost of tracked delivery).

I’ve only just looked at Trust Pilot to find out about this company and I agree with other reviews. The tracking system stated product was coming from China. The website looks good but they don’t deliver! I’m still waiting for my refund. I am contacting my bank!

Actually I do not want to give any star to them If I could. Terrible company. Quality is extremely bad. I ordered a pair of boots. They sent them from China. The quality of the boots that I received is not the same as the website mentioned. Misleading customers to buy their products. I was asking full refund but they said I need to send them back to China first. Here is England! I do not understand why I need to bear the shipping cost due to their quality issue.
Don't buy their product. I wish I had read all the reviews first before I bought their product. :(

SCAM SCAM SCAM!
Every single word of every other review is accurate. Plastic. Laughable. Not even remotely like product advertised. They will 'offer' refund of 10-40% and make you think this is making your life easier, because - and I quote from their 'Customer Services' email: 'We have recommended that you keep the product in order to avoid having to pay these expensive shipping costs. Furthermore, the shipment takes a long time to arrive and the refund will be made in approximately one month. For this reason as a final offer we are offering you 40% discount through a refund if you decide to keep the products.'

It is honestly criminal. But they are there (China - or bizarrely as their emails state, in Albuquerque, I assume to make it look more like an actual business) and we are here, so it's too much bother to try and do anything further than get a refund.

DO NOT BUY!

This company is a con - I am still trying to get a refund for the substandard not “Made in London UK” as stated, piece of junk - quality was laughable, customer service non-existent. Save your money and don’t go anywhere near this company or a number of others who are in the same vein.
