This Pinnacle Mattress is incredible. It feels like sleeping on a comfy cloud. It's luxuriously plush but not too soft.
I don't wake up with back/neck pain anymore, Why did I wait so long? I sleep hot and this mattress is not hot for me. I sleep so well it's hard to get out of bed now.
Also, my final decision was because of Logan & Cove. It is an amazing company that prides itself on phenomenal customer service & being Canadian is a win-win.
The free bedding with purchase, I thought would be Meh...but these sheets are so crisp & cozy, the free mattress pad designed not to cancel out the breathability of the mattress is great. Pillows are surprisingly very comfy & not hot.
Overall, it feels like sleeping on a 5 star hotel bed...everynight!
The 365 night trial? Who else gives this in this day & age?

We were thrilled with our Logan and Cove mattress at first but are very dismayed by its lack of durability. We’ve owned the mattress for only 4.5 years and it’s sagging and uncomfortable. I am fit and active and am now waking up every morning with terrible back and hip pain, symptoms I do not experience at all any time I spend a night on a different mattress. Because there are no visible, measurable depressions on the mattress, we cannot exercise the warranty, so buyer beware. It’s appalling that a mattress at this price point lasted less than 5 years! We now have to replace it

This mattress is awesome! It’s been about 3 months since my purchase and have not regretted any part of my decision. Being a Canadian company was first and uppermost in my search. Logan and Cole did not disappoint!
I do rather appreciate the softer edges and that the mattress is medium firm is a great “fit” for me.

I first purchased a Logan and Cove mattress and box spring in Jan 2019. The mattress was sagging pretty bad after 6 years, which in my opinion was premature, and not of good quality. So I reached out to L&C with my issue, and was treated very well, they offered to replace the mattress under warranty, and allowed me to upgrade to 2 twin mattresses. I purchased the twin adjustable bed. Delivery was quick, and pick up of the old mattress was handled very well. I'm hoping that our new mattresses will last longer than the original mattress purchased.

The delivery was very timely and so far, about 4 weeks of use, the queen mattress we purchased is excellent!

This is the most comfortable mattress. I’m sleeping so much better and not waking up all night with sore hips.

Easy as could be. Ordered on a Sunday and it was delivered on Wednesday. Easy to set up. Took a couple days to get use to a comfortable mattress, but it’s been 3-4 weeks now, and I’m sleeping better than I have in a long time.

We purchased a Logan and Cove mattress about 3 months ago. After about 2 months of trying to adapt to it, my wife could not continue to sleep on it due to a medical issue that was aggravated by a firm mattress.
I contacted Logan and Cove about a return, and they quickly arranged for the mattress to be donated to Habitat for Humanity.
When the mattress was picked up, Logan and Cove then refunded the purchase price to us.
I was nervous about the original purchase as it was sight untested. The mattress arrived properly packaged and was a solid sleep for me.
I’m pretty confident you will have no issues with this company even if it turns out the mattress is not quite right for you.
The entire process was quite pain free.

We purchased 2 mattresses and 2 adjustable bases after chatting with Erin a couple of times. Great service, great products and strong packaging. Also bought 2 sets of bamboo sheets which are fan-tas-tic for comfort with a freah feeling. Very satisfied all the way!

Mattress was delivered earlier than was said, easy to maneuver up the stairs and unwrap. Slept on it that night

We bought a Douglas mattress 6 months ago, but it was too firm for our joints, so we decided to return it and we got the Logan & Cove Pinacle. The return was easy and within a week, we got our refund and the Pinacle came in! It’s by far the best mattress we ever had!
