Easy to install and use but hoops to jump through.
Easy to install and use but you have to install it on the phone you want to track. That said, follow the directions and it works as promised with detailed reports via email also including every call and full text messages. How easy it will be to deploy depends on what you are using it for. If it's for monitoring your kids it depends on how old they are. Most kids seem to be born computer savvy these days so considering you have to install the app on their phone and then hide it you need to have an opportunity to do that without them knowing. If you suspect a cheating spouse same install challenge - they probably don't let their phone out of sight and it's probably got a password because they don't want you snooping around. If you can get the app on the phone though your good. You can monitor in real time. The rules are laid out in black and white read them fully. lf you are planning on stalking an ex or some other ill-conceived bs then get a life. Again I suggest you read the entire license agreement. I changed my rating to 3 stars due to the effort and pre-existing conditions needed to get it in place - but if all goes well it will work unless your SO or bf/gf looks at installed apps it will show up and if they google it or already know - you probably should have parted ways awhile ago anyway. So in conclusion it does what it says but getting it set up is like the equivalent of bugging their apt. You get what you pay for and if you've got the bucks you should hire a PI. Otherwise there are some way better ones out there. Watch for another review. P.S. to test it get a "disposable" phone for under $20 & minute card and install it on both phones, configure properly and you can "practice" and see how it works when it's most convenient for you.
