Logical Office staff are always there to give their support as and when required and when requesting either support on the software or we have a fantastic idea that needs implementing Logical Office team are all over it. Their response times are within hours or days, they are so keen in getting the work/solution in place in all good time. Friendly to deal with, which makes them feel they are part of our team. Achievements so far are outstanding on - reports generated on billing, timing & custom data, all can be exported to MS office apps, integrates well with XERO using API. We now have a fully functioning auto bill setup every beginning of the month (awesome), full access to various templates for use, workflows in place making the end-user's experience a welcomed piece of software to use daily. The client’s records, history, information etc all are in the one place, so we do not have to use addtional software. Just a brilliant CRM system including email management with the excellent support.

Logical Office - Making Dealing With Clients Easy

When we first started our practice, we started using Logical Office. We moved away as our business needs where different at that time.

HMRC tax changes has meant Logical Office and their automation meant we came back to them and ever since we have, the program and workflows they have are excellent. We have saved lots of wasted hours requesting and chasing paperwork allowing us to concentrate on other aspects of our business.

Their support is also second to none, nothing is ever too much trouble

Very helpful getting Evolution onto new machine. There were a few software issues with the old server and the SQL version. This was dealt with the minimum of fuss. great to be able to access Evolution at a far higher speed. Great job everyone.

As a user I have been very impressed with this software
- I find it very user friendly and especially impressed with the storage of documents and emails in the History tab. Very good reference tool for audit trails etc.
- There is always someone available at the end of the phone for any problems which I find much better than raising a "help desk" ticket and waiting 24 hours for a call back!!!

Logical Office always very helpful when we require support. The system is very useful and easy to use.

I've been using Logical Office for 10 years now, and it has made my practice significantly more efficient. I have access to all my client files on my computer, and this has replaced approx 12 filing cabinets giving me a new room in my office! Since moving the data onto a cloud server I am able to work remotely. I had no idea when I did this how essential this was to become! I could not have worked through the lockdown without it.

Everyone at Logical Office are helpful and friendly. The software is multifunctional and just what I need to keep track. Whenever I have had a problem or not understood how something worked, they've always sorted me out - usually the same day.

Logical office has been a revelation for our business. We are not a firm of accountants but work in the leisure and construction industry and it really helps us to keep organised with all the paperwork required in construction projects. In general, I can see how this software can lend itself to a plethora of businesses and it really supports team working, particularly the cloud version of the software which has been invaluable when homeworking has been required during these tough times since Covid-19.

Helpdesk support has always been great and the guys at the end of the phone are always pleasant.

If it were possible to have the email attachments extracted and filed at the same time as the email being filed, that would be amazing!

Logical office is an extremely well engineered client relationship management tool that allows you to communicate and automate. The team are accommodating and long established. We have been using their platform for the last 15 years.

We were one of the early adopters of Logical Office and it transformed our business operation then and continues to smooth our internal processes.

Should there be an issue, the support team are great at providing remedies in a timely manner. In short, excellent support.

Evolution and onwards

Our accountancy office has been using Logical Office for few years now and we still have not had a chance to use its full functionality.

System is very useful, flexible and easy to operate with constant updates and additions.

It allows us to monitor our jobs on every stage of completion and communicate with clients thanks to workflow which sends automatic reminders on our behalf - no typing no time wasting.
We have a clear view on jobs which are due and what actions has to be taken to complete it.
Logical Office allow us to quickly and easily create document templates with mail merge which is great for repeating tasks.

Customer service I can say it is more than excellent -Luke thank you so much – as other reviewers already said they are always ready to resolve any issues that we have.

We have been using Logical Office for several years now, and I must say that it basically runs all the administration work of our accountancy practice. It saves the cost of an administrator that would spend hours sending out repetitive emails and reminders, and tracing the flow of information through the accounting and tax system.

The use of workflows is the key and ensuring the correct data. With the added features of electronic signatures this has becoming a fully automated CRM system for accountants.

I cannot recommend this system enough. The support team is also always at hand to step in, and even takes over your session to see the exact issues.

This is definitely a system that would save substantial costs of an office administrator!

We have been very impressed with Logical Office, it has many possibilities and enables a high level of personalisation.

We provide the following services for our clients and Logical Office has enabled us to look in one place, rather than multiple different systems and spreadsheets:

We still have a lot to learn, but so far LO is world's apart from our previous systems.

It has enabled us to:
- see at a glance which services an individual has with us
- view whether the individual is a supplier/client/prospect/tenant/staff member
- encrypt documents automatically and comply fully with GDPR
- keep track of a case (individually or in bulk), whereby you can have personalised or predefined 'statuses' to show what stage you are at with that case (for example "pending client returned documents").
- use the template documents (predefined and personalised) to add a high level of automation - this removes the human error element and has been a big time saver.

Excellent customer service, the software was modified for to suit our use back in 2004. We have been using it ever since. They are very customer focused any problems have always received prompt attention.

Logical office helped us to computerised all the documents and files of all of our clients. It is a powerful system and has great automation functions. We are continuously improving our performance and will be doing for months to come.

Re Logical Office
We are a Tax Consultancy firm and we installed Logical Office about a year ago. We find it excellent for managing our client relationships. From sending out mailshots to prospective clients, time recording, invoicing, and credit control, this package does it all. It also has many other features. We use the cloud based version which allows us to work at home often if we do not need to go to the office. The software is continually updated with new and useful additions.
