Our viewing at the Tobacco Wearhouse by Lynsey was incredible. Showing us two apartments, one of which she knew we would love and the one we booked to view, we ended up proceeding with the one Lynsey showed us (not the one we booked to view), massive props and I look forward to taking stuff forward with Logic!

We've had a couple of viewings with Lynsey who was absolutely lovely. She answered any questions we had, gave us plenty of information on the area as well as the house and gave us plenty of time to look around without feeling rushed. We felt informed without feeling pressured to rush anything. We were also given the option to speak to another independent mortgage advisor for advice

Although we didn't eventually use their services I found them to be very professional and gave us some good advice.

We purchased a property through Logic and if we were ever going to sell and buy again we would use logic and the team to do both, they went above and beyond. They were happy to give advice, to chase solicitors and always answered the phone and returned calls straight away. The process of buying and selling is so stressful but Logic 100% make it as easy and as stress free as possible. We will defiantly be using them in the future.

All the staff were very pleasant over the phone, making sure to quickly resolve any questions or queries I may have had. They would always make sure to get back to you if they wasn’t sure.

This was my first time of getting an apartment in the UK as I just started work. The process of referencing took a while but Dean Kilpatrick made it very smooth for me. He was patient and answered all my enquiries leading me through the whole process. I enjoyed my experience and highly commend Dean Kilpatrick and the whole Logic team.

Was really impressed by the service as a buyer. Our house purchase took a long time due to solicitors and vendor delays but Lucy Noble from logic was always quick to communicate and helped chase up all parties - I think she was the only one holding it all together - An absolute star.

The landlord of the place I was staying had to move back into his house on pretty short notice just before Christmas, so it was a bit stressful.
