Nota muy muy negativa a LG FNAC y OFERTAS 3B

El 21-marzo-2022 adquirí a través de FNAC - (Ofertas 3 BIBETECHNOLOGYRETAIL, SL) un TV LED 43'' LG NanoCell 43NANO756PA 4K UHD HDR Smart TV con Panel IPS 178º de visión y que disfruta de los colores más puros desde cualquier ángulo. Pues bien, mi TV creo que no cumple las características publicitadas. Lo puse en conocimiento de LG en abril-2022. Me pidieron la factura 2 veces. En varias ocasiones me han CONTACTADO POR TELÉFONO, siempre diciéndome que pasaban el tema al departamento correspondiente, la última vez ha sido en la segunda quincena de junio-2022. Pasados más110 días sigo esperando una resolución que nunca llega, ignoro los motivos. Me parece muy poco serio de una empresa como LG..
Repito, NUNCA ME HAN CONTACTADO POR ESCRITO. Siempre lo han hecho telefónicamente. Ya estoy muy harto. Me parece increíble.

Impecable

Impecable. Aunque tuve problemas en el momento de realizar el pago (ajenos a Logisticlabels.com), les escribí un correo y enseguida se pusieron en contacto conmigo para ayudarme. Atención al cliente de 10. Amabilidad, rapidez y profesionalidad. ¡Me salvaron de un apuro pues necesitaba las etiquetas urgentemente! Sin duda, volveré a comprar de nuevo.
