They are not helping me at all and my only chance is to write this review to get there attention since they spend so much time responding to reviews but not actual emails on their service.

I left my camera on a vueling flight from Munich to Barcelona on dec 31 and I was really anxious when it happened. The staff gave me a paper with a qr code that led me to the vueling page. The process was simple and at first, I was quite worried if my query was even received because I can’t talk to a human customer service representative. But after a week, they notified me via email that they’ve found it and was sent a week after! 🎉 not being able to talk to a CSR might be nerve-wracking but I was very happy that I got it back!

Super easy to use and heard back the next day! An amazing solution for a very anxiety-filled moment (losing something at the airport)
Lost an item on the plane, it was found and `I paid for the shipping costs and it has been 2 months now and I never received the lost item. I contacted foundspot several times, but never received a reaction. I don't know what else I can do?

I was notified very soon after having filed my lost item claim on their website. They shipped it to out hotel for a reasonable price. My wife was so happy to get her hat back. Great experience.
Left my Kindle on the plane in Ibiza - registered it very easily on Found.Spot via Iberia website - within 4 days i receive a notification of an item that was found - it was mine!! I confirmed it was mine and requested the item to be sent back to me (it did cost £45 but worth it for a expensive Kindle) abd it was sent recorded delivery to my home - from lost to returned took 2 weeks max! V impressed to be honest!

I lost a backpack at Malpensa Airport and tried using the online system to recover it. The only option available is a form to fill out, and after submitting it, I never received any updates. No confirmation, no follow-up, and no way to contact anyone directly.
It would be really helpful to have a clearer and more responsive system. As it is, you’re left completely in the dark.

I’m very grateful to Vueling for their help in returning my phone, which I forgot from Ibiza to Barcelona. The staff was kind, professional, and acted quickly. I truly appreciate this level of service — thank you so much!

am really grateful for having received back what I left on the Vueling flight - huge thanks for expediting it. I am extremely pleased with how the whole process went in terms of speed of the delivery, information sharing around when it would reach, and clarity of the communications. I don't have any suggestions to improve the process, it went very well from my point of view.

It was very helpful and reassuring to actually speak to a member of the team rather than everything being online.
My lost phone was returned to me within 5 days of being left on a plane in tracked post delivery service.

I left my sunglasses in the Madrid Airport Lounge.
I used the online form to say I lost them, and with 48hours i had a reply to say they found them and was provided with options on how to be re-united with my property. Super awesome.

The worst lost and found system I have ever encountered. My son left his games console at airport security, the safest place?? I filled out the form with all the details they asked for including pictures. Then...nothing, no response, no contact number, do they even exist? How to ask on an update? have they recovered it? Or is it still processing? are they still looking? No matter where I try to find answers, all the airport staff, call staff, and websites redirect to the same form.
My last resort is now to complain on every single platform i can find.
For such an important airport this is embarrassing.
My son left his Phone in the airplane, and Iberia was so kind to report it and delivered it to my home adress.
Please Help
Hello, good evening. On June 16, 2025, I forgot a backpack under the seat on my Iberia flight from Madrid to Dublin. I have made two reports, the last one with number FSIB250602608L, but I have not received a response yet. I am sure that I left the object under the seat, so I need your help to recover it, since it is very important. Please, I appreciate any help. Thank you.
They have very good system. You can upload the pics of your lost.
It’s super simple
Once they found it they send you an email
Anche ship with a small cost to
You address

I understand the theory behind using AI to match a customer's lost things with the items found on a plane. I accidentally dropped a nylon bag with keys, a national ID, some Asian Foreign currency, an address book and a wallet with credit cards under the seat and moments after leaving the plane on the tranist bus, realized what I did.
I immediately notified the annoyed Air Europe employee in Lost & Found and I told her exactly where it was. She informed my that the plane was already locked (I don't believe this as I figurd that planes need to be cleaned). I asked her what time the plane was leaving tomorrow and I requested her to notify the cleaning staff so that I could get my items back. I do not have confidence that this was done
I have heard nothing for 10 days. Nothing at all. I have no idea if the item was found or not and if it was if it was when it will be logged in the system. If it wasn't found, then it is still undr the seat. If it was found and the employee did not properly handle it, it willl be lost forever at great personal inconvenience. Since there was some Hong Kong dollars in it, I suspect that an employee may have taken the bag.
Given the exact nature of the location, timing and incentives, it appears to me as airlines utilizing FoundSpot actually are not incentivized to be dilligent in finding items and are hiding behind this system. We have no ability to push employees to locate the times and identify those empoyees that may have been in touch with the item. It actually encourages empoyees to take property of the customers with no consequences since the airlines have eliminated the ability of customers to follow up. Somebody put $1500 (Eur 175) Hong Kong dollars in their pocket. Someone had to go to a money exchange to change this. Someone had to give their ID to do so as in Spain they require ID for everything. This system just has no chance of working since the customer has no leverage BY DESIGN.
I will Make sure that Air Europa management is made aware of this and that IATA is copied on all my correspondence so that they are aware of this ineffective system

equipaje de mano perdido on flight I2 1535 de Madrid a Santa Cruz de la Palma
Description: smalltalk Red backpack, content: moneypurse with creditcard, moneybelt with 2 creditcards, long jacket, chargers.
The backpack was in the overhead compartment above my seat 8f, while I already slept in my seat the Stewardess took it out and asked passengers to wgim it belonged. As I Was sleeping I did not hear her.
The Stewardess gave my backpack then out of the plane, she said to Lostandfound Madrid Barajas.
I have a witness , another passenger , for that happening!!!
Sinne I arrived on La Palma I tried to reach foundspot, Lostandfound, the Airline Iberia.....with no results at all.
Websites not functioning, Tel.Nr.not in charge....

My bag just arrived, so at least the system eventually worked, but please do improve the tracking service you offer, so the link works...This really is a terrible service. Having lost a bag in Madrid airport, I made a claim and the bag was found. A tracking number was given and a link to track it. The link though does not work. Iberia say they can not help, and Foundspot have no options to contact them. The bag has not arrived, even though I paid. How can I get in contact with Foundspot or find a link to their tracking page.
