I wanted to share a real experience…

I wanted to share a real experience with the people. Do not use these scammers. Youtube Logo Knox scams me by Officialblazrboy and catch the live interaction we recorded and how it all went down. I got all my money back thanks to Visa investigation team but not everyone's that lucky. I can't leave a link to the video here but youtube it and you'll get the full scammers experience first hand. They are scam artists. The incident took place 5 yrs ago and many ppl have chimed in their comments of their situations and experiences just the same. I cant put a date of the incident in the calendar on here as it only goes back 1 yrs.

Stay away from this company

strongly advise extreme caution if you consider using Logo Knox. My experience with them has been deeply problematic and damaging.
• I paid for a five-year package (logo design, website development, and three paid hosting years plus two free years). I fulfilled everything on my end.
• Without warning or consent, they suspended my website — even though my hosting was fully paid.
• Soon after, they demanded additional “renewal” or “maintenance” fees that were never disclosed when I signed up.
• I was pressured repeatedly (by individuals named Edward Miller and Aaron Taylor) to pay via credit card for overpriced services. When I refused, my website was shut down.
• They then attempted to charge “migration fees” when I asked to move my site to another provider — despite the shutdown being their doing.
• As a result, I lost revenue, couldn’t run my business properly, and was forced into a hostile and coercive situation by what appeared to be a company relying on surprise charges and threats.

Given the number of similar complaints online, it’s clear this isn’t a one-time mistake, but a pattern with Logo Knox. I deeply regret choosing them, and cannot recommend their services to anyone seeking reliability, transparency, or professional integrity.

SCAMMERS

If I could give a zero star I would. I got a logo several years ago and they tried to get me to buy all this website maintenance stuff I said no several times tried to get me to trade mark it I told them no I was just looking for different logos. I paid maybe 60.00 for it and Now there calling me talking about I trademarked the logo, all this bs, which I never did. So tried to get me to pay all these fees to keep it out of court, I asked them to send an invoice and these dumb idiots sent me a bs invoice that said I paid 346.00 for this crap I never bought. So I contacted my bank and no such charges were made. I love paper trails! Then today got a txt to show up in court Mon or pay fines blah blah! Funny thing is I know the wheels of justice don’t move that fast! They filed the papers last week(allegedly) says I have a court date next Monday! And a person has to be served there being sued! I got served!! Through txt message!!!!! lol And what Indian descent has a name HARRY JOHNSON!!! STAY AWAY. Funny thing is is I have family that work for the trademark commission.

SCAM

SCAM! DO NOT TRUST THEM! They tried to get me to give them more money when we first got the Logo and I said no. Then here we are years later and I’m not even using their logo, we went a different direction, and I am contacted by “Harry Johnson”. He threatened lawsuits among other things because I was no longer using their logo and didn’t “cancel” it… I refused and said I need proof and take me to court. I’ll be calling the trademark office to see if I truly need to do anything. I was told I owned the logo, so I’m not sure how someone else has it.

Warning - Trademark scam!

Warning - trademark scam!

This company is known to overcharge and falsify trademark applications with the US Patent Office (USPO). Search 'USPTO TM-Show-Cause-Order-Abtach-et-al.pdf'. Read that closely. They created a fake email address when filing the patent to ensure I was not aware of updates from the patent office. They also overcharged by many thousands. Stay away!

Did an ok job on the logo but boy they are full of B.S. and scammed us for over 10K with this legal trademark crap. FRAUD! REPORT THEM TO THE RCMP!

SCAM SCAM SCAM BE AWARE

I used this company a few years ago to design potential logos for my business. I ended up designing my own because they couldn't think outside the box enough for what I wanted and frankly their designs were prefab / not even original from designers.

They have reached out to me twice from a random text/email a Mr. David Alen / cell 323.659.4961 email project manager application teamwork.com

I contacted the US Patent and Trademark office and found out this company is listed with them as a SCAMMER / they sell you a logo and then try to scam you into unneeded services like legal representation to file trademarks for you or other services and the UPTO told me that their applications are rejected and they are not actual attorneys that are selling their service.

PLEASE PLEASE do not do business with them, or provide any information regarding your business do not sign any forms they are SCAMMING people.

I have forwarded this information along with the fear tactic texts and emails to the US Patent and Trademark Office

It has been a great experience working with LK. I received great communication from the Sr Manager of the Design Team Jeff Martin. He kept me involved during the design process and replied to my messages in a timely manner. All designs options were top notch which was based on information I shared and I'm looking forward to the rest of work.

BEWARE **SCAM**

BEWARE - SCAM ALERT
They designed our logo and stated they were able to help build and host our website which we mistakenly agreed to after the logo experience went okay. After hiring them based on low initial costs they continued to approach us with continuous fees that were never disclosed initially. What started as a $5k fee turned into almost $15k overall. We paid hosting and maintenance fees for a three year duration and got in writing that they there would be ZERO additional fees for three years, within 6 months the website is no longer working and they have now continued to try to extort us for thousands more dollars to keep it running along with threats that companies are coming after our copyright and they need fees to prevent it. They are true scam artists, do not use them.

Great Company

This was my second time using LogoKnox. Excellent job each time. Their creative team is exceptional and has produced outstanding work. I have received a lot of positive feedback from their logo designs for my company. Michael H. has been my team lead each time and has been attentive, and very professional to work with. Highly recommend this company.

Five days ago I left a five star review…

Five days ago I left a five star review for your company. I left it because I was happy with the design. Since then I have had to wait five days for one of your representatives to call me back to “finalize“ my order I have been waiting to start my website until I could get this logo. Your finalizing of my order was a 10 minute high-pressure sales call Attempting to force me into agreeing to a copyright deal that is completely unnecessary for me to start using this logo. Your high-pressure sales tactic has cost me five days worth of business. My five star review of your work quality has become a one star review for your company’s sales ideology. You have lost a customer for life.

avoid this company

I have had a very bad experience with this company, such a time and money waste. I have ordered the logo on a promotional rate and I got a preview of it, than they asked me to pay extra fees to get it in different formats. I was lucky to save a screenshot with promises to get the logo with all the formats with envelope and businesses card template included in the package. Than after we processed with the website design and development with promised completion time within 3 weeks, but it turns to be almost 6 month and end up with uncompleted project. They have also done charge on my card without approval. Please avoid this company, save your time and money.

I have been pleased with the logo…

I have been pleased with the logo design and now the initial look at the website template. Oscar Smith has been informative and helpful in getting my requests and responses answered in a timely matter.
I look forward to help formulate more input into the website to customize it for the Lights On.
