Initially, I did not have a bad experience with LogoKnox as they completed the logo work for me; though it also had extra cost, I just dealt with it. The issue arose when they offered to do my website. I explained that I had a budget of $1,500.00, and that was the end of the story. The website development took weeks, but around the time we were finishing, I had extra costs that they knew were present but did not inform me of before we started. The website ate the budget, but days before finishing, I was asked if I wanted the website optimized for mobile viewing. I decided not to because I was at my budget limit. They then also explained that I needed to do copyright protection, and it was required by law, and If I did not pay the additional fee to do so, they could not release my new website to me. Well, I continued to be the sucker as I also was offered to host. Because when they redid the website, they required me to move to their dedicated servers. (Dedicated Servers literally mean something you don't have access to.) They explained that I just had to move to WordPress. Well, the services cost me more than 3k total. At this time, my website just went down for an unknown reason. I contacted them for information about the hosting of my website, to which they would never give me the true credentials to things like the FTP access to upload to my website manually. The website being totally down, they explain I had multiple things they could do for me. I could hire them for the security and maintenance package 1-time fee of 499.00 and offered a 6-48 month package ranging from 600-2000. I decided just to cut my losses. I had made too many mistakes already in dealing with this company.

I do believe that the work that they do is serviceable, but they will trap you, and I guarantee you spend more than they quote you on. The salespeople are pushy, and after your purchase, there is no help to be found. I will not go back, and I hope this story helps others trying to decide on something simple or complicated to look elsewhere. The last word of advice is after they complete a service for you like a website, please make sure to change the admin e-mail and the passwords to get into your website. I played the fool and got played well.

Logo Knox took the framework I gave them on their questionnaire and gave me logo mock-ups, 2 of which I liked very much. A few revisions later, I had the PERFECT logo. I am very happy with the results. Thanks, Logo Knox!

The team was great at putting together concepts based solely on emailed conversations. They were patient when I had questions and worked with us on our revision requests without complaint. It was a fairly slow process but we are extremely happy with the final result. I did feel that when we started talking to them about other possible services they offered, things quickly turned into a high-pressure sales pitch and when we weren't ready right then and there to proceed with the other products in question, they got a little short with us. I had to reach out twice after that conversation to get them to finish the final revisions we had requested. I didn't feel like a valuable customer after that. Had we never mentioned building a website, I would have had nothing but the absolute best things to say about this entire situation. It was today worth the money!!

Outstanding customer service from my initial investigation of the company to the completion of the project. They were able to take my initial concept, implement my suggestions, and deliver a logo that surpassed my expectations.
