I confess that I had some trepidation about using a service that advertised logo preparation at such a low cost. However, I was very pleasantly surprised at how quickly, efficiently and courteously everything was handled. Mark Wilson handled my needs from start to finish and I am more than pleased with the outcome. I have no doubt that I will go back to LogoKnox when the time comes to upgrade my design work and add additional services.

I am actually amazed at the entire process with Logo Knox, and especially with my dedicated account manager, Issac.

1. Better pricing than other companies. Much better!
2. If you select a Logo Knox package with a dedicated account manager that will be the best decision you will make in a long time. I have used other logo companies that promise hundreds of designs from design professionals from all over the world. My experience has been less than desirable. You will get designs from people who obviously have no design experience at all. If there are some designs that you like, you are on your own trying to communicate with someone who may or may not write English very well, and that can be very frustrating. Logo Knox provides an account manager who handles all of the communication which results in a MUCH better experience.
3. Logo Knox file transfers were seamless and done correctly the first time. I know that sounds like I’m making a big deal out of something that should happen easily, but it never happened correctly with the other logo companies and I would have to ask them to provide additional files, or they needed to clean up the image, etc

So, to quickly recap, Logo Knox prices are better, you are assigned an account manager who handles everything, and the artwork is provided to you quickly and properly prepared.
