Absolutely horrible!!! It has been almost a year and I still don’t have the product that I purchased and paid for in full!

The original person who I was referred to left the company for whatever reason but the company failed to disclose that. They just continuously handed my project off to random people.

I communicated to them numerous times about what I wanted, how I wanted it, and this was done via phone conference as well as by email ( they do have it in writing),

I even went as far as telling them to “just release what they had, as is” and I’d get my team to correct and finish the project and we could break even. They pretty much begged to allow them to finish so that they could fulfill their end of the deal but to date, I still have NO PRODUCT nor A REFUND.

I have been trying to allow them the time to respond and rectify but now they dodging my calls, not responding to any of my emails and now I’m ready to pursue legal action. That’s my $500 that I worked hard for.

Hope their legal team is just as good....
Don’t even bother wasting your time, money, or energy with these people.

If you want a basic easy logo from a stock website, these are your guys, cheap and fast but watch out, they only try to sell you more and more, like a website, social media etc. They promise to give your money back if you're not happy but then when you're not happy and want to end the relationship, they ignore you.
They don't really know what a logo is because they things they send me were not usable as a logo and very basic and standard. it didnt seem like they have any interest in your business.

I made a logo inquiry for my eBay business. I decided to go with a friend instead. This resulted in daily, multiple phone calls, even though I made it clear I was not going to use their service. The last guy I talked to on the phone was very confrontational and rude, he could not understand that I was not interested. Even though I made it clear I felt harassed, he still expected me to consider their service! Thugs!

Here i agree to this point.. since i paid and sherry asked me my card number i found some charges which i did not recognized doing my self.. they are blackmailers once you ask for one revision...boom..there you loose the eligibility of refund incase youre unsatisfied .. you have to take whatever sh** they give you ... total waste of my thousands of dollars .. they make sites .. they put it down and blackmail you unless you pay more ...

Bunch of thugs sitting in Karachi Pakistan claims to be sitting in Florida and Washington ... Dollar hungry freaks .. Frauds .. All of the reviews are fake using fake ids ... Beware

The progress process was managed very well with constant communication and fluid collaboration. The crew worked hard to make sure I was pleased and I received informs all the time! They even reached out to touch base when I had got busy. The team is fairly skillful and suitably added the sudden changes which I requested them to make.
