Took my money for a video and never delivered
Took my money for a video. Promised it would be done in two weeks. It's 7 weeks later and it still is not done. Don't trust them!

Delivered as promised, I received a hard up-sell on a website
Jay and Khan designed my logo. The turn-around was quick and they delivered quality options, and I didn't need revisions on the one I chose. We spoke on the phone twice and each time they tried to up-sell on doing my website, with Jay doing a hard sell the second time. It really turned me off and I didn't appreciate it.
