I received very good service from all that I spoke to which started at the caravan exhibition and they phoned me back to arrange the work to be completed.
The work was arranged and carried out as agreed on the date agreed.

Absolutely Outstanding Service
The team at logspan can't be rated highly enough, their efforts, attention to detail and commitment were outstanding from day one. We were given excellent advice and assistance by Lucy to help us make a decision (without ever feeling any pressure to buy), We opted for a 11m square BBQ Hut with a bar extension. We couldn't be happier with it and it has certainly transformed the bottom of our garden. The installation team worked through some terrible conditions on the day but never stopped. The quality of the prep work and final installation was excellent. Any communication with the team have been first class.

From our first visit to Logspan to the completed cabin we have had a wonderful experience. Nothing has been too much trouble for any of the guys, from the office to the builders who worked so hard and we found it unbelievable that it went up in one day.

Since the build, we have asked for advice on a couple of occasions and it has been freely given and sound.

Thank you all. We will be recommending you to any one who asks and our friends who have been to see it love it as much as we do.

From initial enquiries to completion of the BBQ hut the sales staff, site survey and construction team where both very professional and made us feel like we where part of the project. Fabulous experience from start to finish. Cannot express how much we love our Hygge hut. The quality is amazing and the finished product is admired by lots of people. Very spacious and such a great addition to our garden.

The guys turned up early on the day and went straight to work. I must say that I didn't actually expect the build to be completed in one day but such was their commitment and professionalism they achieved just that.

The electrician worked with the team and it made sense to have him on site at the same time as the build. Once again he was friendly, helpful and professional.

Final thanks to the staff at the office both in person and on the phone. Nothing was too much trouble.

Our Milan Cabin sits proudly in our garden and the quality and design exceeds our expectations.

I would recommend Logspan to anyone who is looking for a quality garden room.

Great company, well organised. Nice staff and best of all delighted with the Lomond Cabin! It’s a thing of beauty. Delivered and built on time, lovely quality and surprisingly warm. The cabins installation off the ground in very good for accommodating the site location and ground levels. Electric install organised by the team at logspan. Austin even popped round on the installation day to see how the build by the team was going. They worked incredible and built in a day. Have now settled into it and has transformed being at home working. Thanks Logspan! Great company to have local to Glasgow.

The guys on site were great and office staff very good at responding to queries etc and kept us informed and everything happened as planned. Would definitely recommend this company.

First venture into purchasing a Garden Room
The experience was straightforward and all my questions were answered. Nothing was too much bother and you have the knowledge and confidence that the aftercare service will be the same. At there site all products are on display and the delivery and construction was hassle free.

I needed a garage for car restoration but unfortunately brick built to a decent spec was cost prohibitive.

I contacted the team at Logspan and asked if the Salisbury garage could be adapted in size and have an insulated roof. Oh and no internal triangle roof beam due to a car lift going in.

We took a trip over to the show site just to get a feel of the buildings which was useful.

Gary and Fraser came up trumps with support beams on the outside and steel insulated roof panels.

Placed the order and all quiet for a while as Christmas and New Year were in the way!

Flurry of activity end of March and my garage was delivered mid April.

I got Logspan to erect the building just purely on speed and experience. Blimey the boys are quick! Done in two days but that was because of the extra roof work. Good handover.

Quality of the garage is superb. Fixtures and fittings, tilt and turn windows, end grains covered over etc. Way above my expectations if I am honest.

Challenging to get a coat of paint on due to the Scottish weather but a couple of dry yet cold days got the first on. Second coat a week later when the sun was out and much more pleasant!

Looks stunning and have had a lot of good comments from passers-by.

One of the door stays was damaged but has been swiftly dealt with by Jamie in customer support.

Absolutely recommend these guys. If you don't need a garage you, I am sure, will need a BBQ hut!

It appears that we need an outside office space now... know where our first port of call will be.

I bought a cabin from Logspan, a Milan. They are just like a wee home in your garden! Double glazed windows and doors and insulated too. And they look amazing, especially now it’s painted.
I bought mine in winter and couldn’t get it painted which caused a wee issue and also the wrong size of window was delivered. But as they say it’s not the problem but how it’s resolved that matters. And Logspan did their best to resolve things. And did too. I would definitely recommend a Logspan cabin to anyone looking for one in their garden, it will elevate it beautifully. They are made well and efficiently put together by their team of builders too. Top marks to everyone at Logspan. Thank you, I can’t wait to sit out in the all year around

I recently purchased a Milan cabin from Logspan. The installation team were amazing, worked throughout the day in adverse weather but never stopped! Ian the electrician completed all the electrics to a very high standard. Fraser and Jamie from the sales team were with us every step of the way and kept us fully informed and supported through the entire experience. McLaren painting done a fabulous job of the cabin thanks to Coll and Lewis. If you are looking for a garden room, then look no further than Logspan. Thanks to the entire team. We had such excellent service from Logspan - from start to finish. There was help with the design - advice on lighting and positioning of windows. Delivery was spot-on and so careful. Erection was excellent - such a hard-working team. The electrician was so helpful and I love the warm lighting every time I go into my new studio. And all the time the team back at Logspan was there to help and advise. I love my Clock House

Excellent customer service!

We have had our Finman BBQ hut for over 3 years and we love it!

I got in touch as was concerned about wood bleaching, Lucy was more than happy to tell us what varnish we should be using, and even quantity needed.

We were also concerned that as it was sat on tarmac the bottom boards were getting damaged from water penetration (it is the West coast of Scotland after all!) and Lucy kindly arranged for this to be remedied.

The team on the day were great and everything was carried out quickly and efficiently.

All in all a great experience and really good to know that even if it has been a couple of years since purchase you will still receive fantastic customer service.

Highly recommend this company!
