From initial enquiry to build completion, we couldn't be happier with the service from Logspan. Every call and message was expertly handled, even if it was just a daft wee question I had, nothing was ever too much trouble. As for the cabin - wow! Installation in a day by a hard working team, what more could you ask for?! We've now had our cabin for 3 months, enough time to put our stamp on it and enjoy using it - office by day, lounge bar by night! We absolutely love it!

We had a problem with our bbq hut extractor fan and Lucy from Logspan sent out a new capacitor which i was happy to change myself and this rectified the problem, was speedy service from Logspan resolving the problem, thanks guys.

The builders arrived on time , got organised and started building our summer house. It was built very quickly and efficiently. We love our summer house and use it pretty much every day. Any questions are answered by the staff in the offic. Would highly recommend this company

WE ordered our cabin for delivery April if I remember but it was delivered February. We were self building it and the weather opened up and gave us the perfect week for building it. The process was a little confusing but my Father in Law was the engineering inspector on one of the machines drilling the channel tunnel so a cabin was fairly minor in that respect but I would have been lost at a couple of stages but would not have attempted it alone. We called Logspan on a couple of occasions and they were always very helpful, Our cabin is a brilliant addition to our garden and do not regret our purchase. Thanks.

Definitely.. 5 star..Great experience with this company. Absolutely trustworthy and reliable. Each and every person we had contact with was amazing. They sort out any minor problems immediately add efficiently. I love my summer house and a year later..we have not experienced any problems at all. You most certainly can buy from them and leave the rest to them

Great customer service, checked the area for our 2 structures prior to buying and sizing and advised on what should be prepped and in place before we started the build. Love our design and any issues we experienced building it ourselves were dealt with and they were on the end of the phone

We have had our LOGSPAN BBQ Cabin for just about a year now and we could not be happier with it.
All of our family love it and look forward to our Friday evenings in the Cabin.
It is superb and is finished so well.
