We had our corner cabin built by Logspan on Monday, 30th August. The men that built it were terrific, efficient, and friendly. After the building was completed in less than a day, I was shown the workings of the windows and doors and how to adjust them if necessary.
From ordering the cabin with Fraser until completion, they have kept me informed regarding lead times, delivery and installation dates, and the quality of the cabin and workmanship is fantastic.
I have no hesitation in recommending Logspan.

Milan log cabin delivered 2nd July 2021
Thanks to Gary, Steve, and Fraser for their help and expertise and to Lucy who dealt with the online updates and correspondence.
On the day of delivery, Steve arrived and placed the cabin as far as his lorry mounted boom would allow which gave me room to manoeuvre on the drive saving a lot of hassle.
Fraser and Gary were brilliant and able to answer my questions when I called into the Logspan premises in the middle of the build, especially on the Saturday which was a horrendously wet day.
I thoroughly appreciated the help and advice which made building the cabin myself an absolute pleasure, I hope that I have done a good job and have no hesitation in recommending this company and the high quality product they supplied
We are looking forwards to spending many hours enjoying this special place.

We purchased double garage a couple of years ago and we were so please with the way our order was handled and the delivery that we order a summer house and again the service was excellent we would and have recommended this company to our friends

1st class service, delivered to where we asked for, then driver gave us great help to get the sections into our back garden, the cabin itself is top quality. We then ordered cushions to fit the benches which were delivered within a few days, the only downside was the £50delivery charge for the cushions, they are well worth the money though. We'll done Logspan.

Service was exceptional polite and very efficient.
These guys know what they are doing there is not one fault I could say about the service from start to finish.

First class service from log span from start to finish when we received our BBQ hut. Scott, Paul & Peter did an excellent job & were really pleasant to talk to. We have spent a good few times in our hut already not just having BBQs but also sitting chilling with a few logs in the central pit area burning away listening to some sounds with a glass or two of wine. Just had a Logcabin delivered and built today. We are absolutely delighted. From start to finish the whole service can only be described as superb. The building team who came today were amazing. They were so pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. They were extremely skilled at what they did and made the whole thing seamless...thanks so much to the build team.

The delivery and installation of my Torino Log cabin was scheduled for delivery and installation 08/01/2021.
On the day of delivery it had snowed overnight and there was a snow covering of about 2 inches.
The installation team Scott(team leader), Peter, Billy Baird, Paul and Dean, where very surprised to see the snow as they had arrived from Saltcoats and Balloch which were snow Free.
The team proceeded to prepare the site for the installation of the base. Easier said than done as the snow had to be cleared and post holes dug. As the ground was frozen this took longer than expected and slowed the installation.
Once the base had been installed and concrete set the erection of the cabin phase commenced and progressed very well considering the underfoot conditions and extreme cold.
Peter the team member who installed the flooring removed his muddy footwear to ensure the flooring didn't become contaminated by mud.
Overall I was very pleased with the work ethic and the efficiency of the build team, Scott(team Leader),Peter Billy Baird, Paul and Dean.
I was very pleased how the team interacted with my 10 year old Grandson who was on site and was very interested in the installation of the build process.

Delighted with our Summer house, quality of building is great.
Builders were excellent and managed to have it done in first week after lockdown.
We would recommend highly.

Super happy with our Milan log cabin..... there was a delay with material due to covid but that was to be expected.....they arrived on arranged date and installed it within 1 day.....I coated it immediately with recommended oil...(sadolin) x2 coats..... job done.... it looks amazing and would recommend logspan to anyone thinking about it..... thanks Hugh and Katrina Mccready.....

Delighted with our wee summer house! Logspan staff were very helpful and they had a good selection of cabins on site. We had a long lockdown wait but it arrived early on agreed date. Very happy with Michael and his team, who spent most of the day constructing the cabin. They did an excellent job and cleared everything from site. Our task was to fight the November weather to paint the structure! Job done and we have a cosy corner to enjoy the garden through the winter.

Logspan were professional the whole way through the process of viewing, buying and fitting our cabin. They answered questions via email very quickly and were really happy to answer even the silly questions I asked! There were delays in getting the cabin delivered due to COVID-19 but we were kept informed every step of the way. Top class professional company in every sense. Particular nod to Fraser for his patience and help.

Logspan has kept in touch over delays and rescheduling, they came when they said, built the log cabin quickly and well and have responded quickly to any snagging issues.

This is our second cabin from Logspan, so obviously we are very pleased!

We had rotting of some wood on one side of our BBQ house. After helpful discussion it was decided to replace the whole panel. The subcontractors sent by Logspan were excellent craftsmen who quickly lifted the roof and inserted the new panel and thereafter made good everything. The whole process took half a day. All in all we were delighted with the service provided by Logspan and their subcontractor Michael.

3.5m BBQ is two years old now and is still in fantastic condition. Logspan customer service is excellent. Build quality was fab and have supported us with maintenance questions over the years. Recently purchased bench cushions, would definitely recommend them. The fan is a must!
