Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!
Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. From baking and decorating, to carefully loading orders onto our own fleet of dedicated drivers, every step is designed to make sure each delivery is as special as it should be. Our customer service team is always on hand to help with enquiries, and the occasional problem!

I got a cake for my birthday and of course it had to be the most chocolatey one my eyes could see. It was heavenly, just like its name. I absolutely love Lola's. I am a fan and a customer since 2011 and it remains my favourite treat. Keep making those delicious cupcakes and cakes and I will stay an avid fan forever.

Can we build a frozen cake?
We ordered the Frozen cake. It was super nice and tasted great too. People at the shop was super friendly too. Only we hope their delivery will extend to wider suburbs so we don’t need to collect them…

Lola’s Cupcakes at Selfridges never disappoints! The cupcakes are always beautifully presented and absolutely delicious — moist, fresh, and full of flavour. Whether it’s the classic Red Velvet or something more indulgent like the Chocolate Fudge, every bite is a treat.
The staff are always friendly, helpful, and patient, even when it’s busy. They’re happy to make recommendations or help you customise a box. It’s my go-to spot whenever I want to pick up something sweet for a celebration or just to treat myself.
Highly recommend if you’re in Selfridges and have a sweet tooth — Lola’s is a little slice of cupcake heaven!
