Cake was good service was not. I got an email and a text confirmation that my cake was ready to collect till 8pm. I made all my birthday arrangements according. At 5pm I randomly checked online and it said Lola’s was closed I panicked and called them to which they said yes we are sold out and closed for the day. But my cake!!!! Oh yes can you come pick it now? Or when can you come we are closing… I had to leave my birthday dinner rush to Victoria to pick the cake up because they had decided to close at 6 while I had been informed of 8pm. And when I said to the worker were you just going to close with my cake inside? I would have nothing for the day? He replied oh haha yes I was going to call you. When?? After closing? Because at 5pm I had to say no wait Im coming…. They were so casual about their service.

Taste amazing as always. My mum's birthday cake tasted amazing & the presentation was beautiful 🥰

Excellent process to order, super easy. Arrived at Victoria as it said, on time, and best of all the cake was absolutely delicious 😋

The 2 cakes themselves were delicious but one was sent to White City instead of Victoria ( King’s Cross wasn’t available for some reason) so we had to hang around for a quite a while to collect on a very hot day. Otherwise I’d have given 5 stars

Always buy lolas,whether it's for Birthdays or Surprises or Get wells.
Just taste so yummy 😋 and is always artistic looking amazing.

What a gorgeous cake! Thanks so much for the speedy turnaround and super efficient collection process. The cake was a huge hit! We'll definitely be using Lola's for future birthday cakes!

The cake was very dry, too sweet, not possible to eat, and very different than shown, it was thick, dry chocolate sponge all inside with the tiny layer on top. For this money, very bad quality cake. In any grocery store vegan cake worth £3 is much better.

The cake was lovely as always the issue I have is that the bags are not big enough to hold the cakes. Please invest in bigger bags

Really cute and tasty cupcakes.
We also bought one cupcake for a dog and he loved it!!
There are options for everyone and the theme cupcakes helped us a lot with a babyshower!

On time, delivered to the Victoria Station shop, delicious and excellent! Finished off our Coronation lunch with a delicious Coronation cupcake!

The cake was delicious, the service was on point and the process for ordering is simple, also the personalization for the cake is a goo touch

The cake was for my daughter’s 10th birthday, it was simply delicious! The size was just right too. Everyone enjoyed it because the cream and chocolate mixture along with the cupcakes on top went well together.
