We booked a wheelchair for my mother at short notice. It was delivered and collected on time as arranged. The wheelchair was in excellent condition and was easy to handle and maneuver. The service was friendly and efficient. Will definitely use the company again.

This was an amazing service that made the vacation of a lifetime possible. The mobility scooter was delivered to our hotel as our plane was landing. I had difficulty removing the seat ( which was totally my user error), Daniel came back to the hotel to show me how. It was so easy to to arrange for the rental online. While in Stratford-upon-Avon, a gentleman approached us to ask our opinion on the scooter and the company and it was the owner of the company, who was not putting us on the spot, but seeking an honest opinion about both the equipment and service. I can not say enough how wonderful it was to be able to go all over the UK with my fiancé because of his mobility with the scooter and how fantastic this company was to work with!

I can't recommend LEW enough. My daughter fractured her ankle 3 months ago. The crutches also caused ribcage inflammation which meant she was completely unable to walk. We used the wheelchair every single day for school runs, around the school, school trips and even the odd journey via tube into London. The lightweight wheelchair also fitted really easily into our Nissan Micra car boot. We could not have coped without it. Excellent service particularly with delivery and collection, and even amending our booking online. Many thanks LEW!

Just brilliant. Ordered late one night, and the very next morning a nice person appeared, patiently waiting for me to crutch to the front door, brought the wheelchair in , set it up, helpfully showed me how to use its features and checked he was leaving it in a convenient place for me. It was light and easy to use and fold. The pick up was just as convenient.

The service I’ve received from London Express Wheelchair Hire and esp the delivery man, Terry, is second to non.
In this day and age when everyone is so eager to just take your money and treat you like a number, this company has been a breath of fresh air. From communication, booking, extending, & the most prompt delivery I’ve ever experienced it’s been completely hassle free, however what makes these guys stand out is the overall customer service & care especially when they don’t know the circumstances and why I needed the wheelchair.

We collected without fuss - used the chair (either brand new or very well maintained) and returned to depot as agreed.

It was an excellent service and the chair was in excellent condition.

Excellent service! My husband lost my mother in law’s wheel chair when we arrived in paris. And we have to go to london and stay 10 days in london. I searched on internet and found LEWH. They can provide wheelcahir under 24 hours.
Surprisingly when i arrived in hotel in london, the concierge told me that the wheelchair is already sent. And LEWH gave me extra day and free collecting fee. They helped a lot so my mom can enjoyed our holiday in london

I booked a wheelchair after unfortunately breaking my foot. We were visiting London for the weekend and booked the chair through this company.
We spoke to an advisor on the telephone who answered all our questions and then we went ahead and booked online.
We decided to collect the chair from the warehouse as it was on our way to our hotel. The traffic on M4 was ridiculous and we thought we wouldn’t make it in time before they closed. We called them and they stayed open for us to collect.
The wheelchair itself was lightweight, easy to manoeuvre and portable.
I hope I won’t need one again but if I do or anybody else do I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
