Scam. agree with everyone else's comments. ordered in March, told was being sent, advised later in response to an email I sent still on way (think was a glider from China!) and offered future discount (like I'll ever use them again). **Do not trust!**

Purchased an item on the 22nd March and still hasn't arrived. They don't get back in touch with you, stealing money essentially :( order no 6061.

18th July - Update still not received, unhappy and out of pocket. Moved house on 28th May and today I receive a message saying that the item has been shipped! Saying that this was ordered in March is an absolute joke. Wouldnt refund me or reply to any of my messages

Anna Recolin- stop stealing people's money and lying to keep customers monies. Several messages later and they have the Gall to refuse refund! And refuse to give tracking info - a huge red flag.
This company is fraudulent. They carefully chose to put London in the company name to mask mistrust/ give a false sense of security.

Same experience, this company steals your money, it is all a scam, they never send the product. My order number is 5742, for a milk frother placed March 14 2022, and I have repeatedly asked for a shipment update. I have receive no shipment information, just platitudes from their support, and they are refusing to issue a refund. It is now May 10th 2022, I have no product, no shipment confirmation, no refund, and just a claim the order was processed, so they can not issue a refund. Do not order here, it is a scam.

Not very often I review things but this was needed. Just to make it clear they wouldnt of had 1 star if it would allow it. So my disabled mum had placed an order for a non slip bath mat £29.99 back in March 2022 after chasing numerous time good old Anna head of customer service initially said it had been dispatched then saying there was a delay and overload of orders it's now 09/05/2022 and still no order recieved and same correspondence from Anna. Why is this site still valid when it's clear to see there is numerous issues with many customers. Avoid like the plague. Hopefully they will get this scam site shut down sooner rather than later.

Absolutely terrible service, like all the reviews, take your money and say your order will be delivered in 3 days! Up to now 9 weeks and the same old email message, they even have the cheek to over you a discount code lol! I have asked repeatedly for a refund, I have contacted trading standards as this is not a UK firm which it claims to be. Do NOT trust this company.

This company is a SCAM! I spoke with a representative whose name is Anna Recolin. She assured me on the 24th of April that I would receive my order within a few days. This was a lie. It is now the 9th of May, and I have yet to receive my order. I placed this order in March, and it's been over a month, and still no package. I was given a discount code of 25% which is of no use to me because I will never shop with this company again. I have also requested a refund via the exact payment method used when I initially placed this order. However, the representative I spoke to has not responded to my email. I have tried to contact this company through the number provided on their site, but I’ve noticed that the number is not based in the UK. Also, I tried WhatsApping the number and it didn't work. I just want my refund at this point because it’s truly unprofessional and inconsiderate how this company operates. If you are currently experiencing the same thing, I suggest you contact your bank as soon as possible.

I bought a product from this company in early March 2022. It stated on the order 2-4 days for delivery. It is now may the 7th and I’m still awaiting my order that I believe will never arrive! I wrote to Anna at customer service through email and she has just sent me a number of responses with no actual details of delivery service apologising for the delay. Well I think 7 weeks is a very long time to wait off something that will probably never arrive even if it is coming from China!! The company should be closed down. I wish I had read the reviews on trust pilot before making a purchase with londoncomfy.com because I would never have made a purchase if I had done so. Beware of this scam company.! Luckily Barclays refunded me the money! Reported to the fraud team.

I’ve also made the mistake off not checking reviews before purchasing . Purchased some work safety shoes 3 weeks ago , with an approx delivery date 6th May. That has now passed , and the emails I now receive are ‘just a few more days’ I will be contacting my banks fraud team , and reporting the company. PLEASE STAY AWAY

Stay away from this company. I am still waiting 18 days for an item that was in stock and available for 24hr dispatch. Up until 2 days ago they had been replying to my emails. Now nothing. My order took 16 days to arrive but I got what I ordered and the items are as good as I thought they would be!

Ordered trainers in March, still not received despite emailing them several times. Their response is to offer discount on your next order! Really?? Pay for more goods that are not going to arrive - don’t think so. Have reported this company.

Ordered my bath mat took forever to arrive then it was the wrong size. Asked for a refund but was told they had sent the correct size and I should wait. That never arrived so I asked for a refund and was told I had to return it to China and pay for postage. What a joke terrible customer service do not buy from them
