Purchased a product from here never turn up spoke to customer service who insisted it was on its way just a delay in delivery 4 weeks Iv been waiting on the product and still nothing when asking a a refund my emails have been ignore twice I have ask and nothing not happy! I would not buy from here!!!

It's been weeks since I placed my order and still no item, I have contacted them several times and just keep getting same answer that its been dispatched, I wonder if I am ever going to get it

I have placed my order on the 27th April 2022, unfortunately I have not received my item. I have sent numerous emails and also messaged via Watsapp/ messenger on FB but no response received. I would like a full refund. Is there anyone at comfylondon to advise Urgently? I am very disappointed with the service received.

I ordered some cycling shoes over 22 days ago and still not received the goods, this company tells you its a British company and is full if false promises, the telephone number in non existence also the what's app you can only email and you will Not get an answer to your question. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, I have cancelled my Bank payment card just in case, I have asked for my money back as 22 days later it still hasn't left China

Completely untrustworthy. Have taken money and received no product. Do not buy anything from this company they will rip you off.

Didn't deliver goods. Have dishonestly told me the goods are on the way and so will not refund.

It's also poor that Trustpilot link two separate company reviews (londoncomfy.com and londoncomy.co) to the same website. This isn't helping customers to detect scams or to inform decisions regarding companys, etc.

As almost everyone else here, I too ordered an item in the website months ago and have yet to receive the item. They were quick to take my money but still haven’t given my my order. The contact number on their website is FAKE and I highly doubt they will reply to their emails. ZERO STARS

Do not buy from this website. It is a SCAM. Like everyone else I bought an item months ago that never arrived. I’ve emailed dozens of time to get my money back but they just say the delay is out of their control. Judging by the other reviews this company is fraudulent and I’m surprised it is allowed to trade. Do not buy anything from this site.

Do NOT purchase from here, luckily only been ripped off for 40 pound, However I have had to change my bank details. Item has never arrived. Trading Standards should get involved!!!!!!

Like the rest of the reviews I will not be ordering from this company again. Paid £40 for trainers which did eventually arrive around 8 weeks later. Poor quality stinks of glue pure waste of money. There seem to be more and more of these companies around. Will stick to well known sites from now on.

LondonComfy is a scam!!! I ordered and paid for an item on this website 22 Jan 2022, it was supposed to be delivered in 5 days. The item never came, and they refuse to refund my money. Definetly dont buy from them!

Ordered some magnetic kitchen lights, they had taken 2 months to arrive , packed in a piece of plastic and one missing!!!!!! And then the quality is abysmal. Don't touch this company with a bargepole they are an absolute rip off!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered some Safety Trainers from them - haven’t been received and no response from last couple of Emails.
Absolute con - do not buy from them.

Wished I’d read the reviews before purchasing from this company, paid £50 for an item that has still not arrived even after assurances from a person named Anna that is on its way and should be with yourself in a couple of days, people like these need to be stopped from scamming people out of their hard earned money, how on Earth are they still allowed to advertise after all the poor reviews, luckily I paid via credit card so hopefully I may get reimbursed.
