So I purchased the Marilyn Monroe coin…
So I purchased the Marilyn Monroe coin and I didn’t realise but they had sent me the entire set thinking I wanted them and wanted a payment plan for them instead of me just having the one coin which is what I wanted. I contacted the customer service people and spoke to Jayne Thomas who was extremely helpful and explained everything simply so I could understand everything that was going on. Staff are very professional and helpful with a sound knowledge of the products they offer.
Orders delivered promptly usually within a few days using the Royal Mail tracking service which is very useful as it notifies you of delivery date and gives you an approximate delivery time.

I have an issue with getting a refund
I had an issue with getting order delivered due to incorrect being advised. Coins were returned to LMO after about 3 weeks Whilst on phone was “sold” another offer.
It arrived but was disappointing so returned for refund. Still waiting after nearly 2 months.
Told they have changed their system and have a backlog
Still waiting,my bank is stopping payments now not helped by the LMO inability to refund as promised
