They are very helpful and polite when you call them I had a electric chair which the manager bought out to me but found out the next day I could not get on with chair so manager John came out and gave me full refund and also helped me with another chair .they do what they say excellent service would strongly recommend them 👍
I contacted London mobility for a new wheel for my wheelchair they gave me a time ok. So they turn up refused to come to me and fixed it in reception. After finishing he was very adamant ‘that he wanted his money’ as if I was going to run off my carer put me into my chair and I went straight downstairs. His first words were that he wouldnt come here again he had other jobs to do.
