Outstanding personal service

I needed a replacement gasket for a discontinued kitchen sink, so I contacted the manufacturer, Franke, but they were unable to assist - the sink is discontinued.
Fortunately, the sink waste fittings have manufacturer's labels affixed - LIRA. Via a web search I discovered that Home Creations (UK) is the UK agent for LIRA and after a short exchange of emails with John Shackleton he identified the requisite gasket and supplied it swiftly.
