Bad experience and op went wrong

The operation I had for belly button surgery left me without a belly button, I had to write to his secretary to ask for an explanation as to why I had not been told anything. He also was rude and dismissive and cancelled twice my post surgery follow up appointments and hour before I was due to be seen. When I did eventually see me, he blamed me for the amount of paperwork he had in front of him and told me he didn't know why I was there.
