Very disappointing. Everything looks great on website and great prices. Chose a short smart jacket size medium. I am not a large person 12 -14 usually fits me well. I could not even do this jacket up. I asked for a refund, I was told I could keep the jacket and choose something else. I just wanted a refund. I asked for the return address, I was not given it, so sent it to the “return” address on outside of the parcel I received,
I sent it with tracking. When I said it had arrived I was told I had sent it to the wrong address and should have sent to the return address in China! I am told I can get a 25% refund. This a warning. Sizing all wrong and hopeless customer service.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, these are shein quality clothes but about 5 times the price. Please do not waste your money on these clothes, extremely poor quality, you have no way of sending them back, I have emailed them loads of times, the only email I got back was to offer me 20 % off the sham of a coat I ordered, I told them I would accept 50% and would wear as a houseboat, believe me that is all would be any good for, absolutely nothing like the photo, I ordered for a funeral but absolutely no good at all, it would put photos but reviews not able to, avoid wasting your money

I tried to cancel my order within 5 minutes with no luck . No communication from the company, ignoring all my emails .
The name gives you the impression that it's British. It's not . Everything from China . Took 2 weeks to get here .
I ordered a shower caddy £30 it's absolute rubbish . I don't think it will last plus it's supposed to be rust proof. I doubt it . The bottom of the tray is very sharp .
It will probably go in the bin

I like the Anti-Theft Leather Backpack. The zippers were slightly stiff the first few times I used them, but they glide smoothly now.

Like other customers, I wish I had read the reviews.
The site appears to be in uk and yet I had no idea this was an international order.
Like other reviews, the tracking does not work and it seems the item will not arrive for when it was needed.
I am now very concerned about the return/ refund process
I have been informed the item has just been dispatched and yet it was ordered a week ago and I have had previous update indicating the item was in transit with a tracking number that didn’t work

Before I ordered a lightweight outdoor jacket, I wrote to 'Londonrd' asking about cleaning instructions. Both e-mails went unanswered. Nevertheless, I liked the style of the jacket and, having checked the retailer's rating on TrustPilot (3.8%), I duly ordered.
To my surprise, the tracking indicated that the jacket is being shipped from China!! Had I known that this was the case, I probably would have shopped elsewhere. In the past, I have often found that sizing for clothing made in China is smaller than Western sizes.
I am now waiting, with a degree of trepidation, for my jacket to arrive from China. I will post a follow-up review once the jacket has arrived.

Total scam. Advertised a beautiful handmade Waldorf doll but sent a low-quality plastic imitation. This site is deceptive and uses misleading imagery. Avoid at all costs!

Wish id read these first. Swimsuit... certainly NOT worth the £34 & site made out it was a UK situated.

Absolutely diabolical. If I could give these zero stars or a negative number of stars, I would. Product nothing like the pictures, terrible cheap quality and no communication when trying to arrange a return. Looking at other reviews it would be a pointless exercise. 50 quid for a duster.

Jacket came but is nothing like how the images shown as the material is extremely cheap and they were originally charging 100 for the jacket another issue that I requested a return and they still haven't responded

I have Orderd a leather jacket and I have not yet recieved a delivery notification yet and also when I try to track with the number it is not valid do you think I have been frauded
