I have just had EXACTLY the same experience as every other review here! How can we stop these scammers?

The sizes quoted bore no resemblance to standard UK sizes. When I asked for a refund I was offered to keep the product and request an alternative for just the shipping costs. A size larger duely arrived and was still too small. I asked for a return, and the track and trace shipping costs to China, 'for a company pretending to be English' was exbortant! I accepted the 15% refund and was later refused because it was a replacement product! Do not buy from this shower of sh1te company!

Bought a pair of their ‘Orthopaedic shoes’. What a con! Nothing orthopaedic, nothing at all. A cheap, badly made, incorrectly sized shoes.
They’re not a British company as they pretend to be, they’re in china and refuse to honour any refund for faulty goods. They demand to to keep the faulty product and offer you discounts instead. They then insist if you have ‘changed your mind’ you just pay the return shipping. Faulty goods are not the responsibility of the consumer to pay for the shipping! Let alone falsely advertise goods! They also display a false Trust Pilot review section! They are appalling and rude, and are a company of crooks. They display themselves in a photograph as a group of people western in appearance - they are not, they’re are Chinese. I’ve no problem with buying Chinese products, I have a problem with being ripped off, mis sold and deliberately mis lead. I would avoid at all costs!

I ordered a blue summer blazer - what a disappointment. Nothing like ad - very cheap thin textile - very small (ordered a 16). I’ve asked for a return address and would like a refund - will I get it - I doubt it!,

Think this is the same as London Fashion and clarksons. They are cheap rubbish and are based in China, not London. It costs you more to return something than what it’s worth. They keep changing their company name

Don't be fooled by the name- this company has nothing to do with London, or finery!! Their ads don't reveal that they are in China. My husband ordered a lightweight gilet from them. He normally wears a 2XL but ordered 3XL this time in case of sizes not being generous. It took more than 3 weeks to arrive, and when it did, there was no return address or paperwork enclosed. It was immediately obvious that despite the label, it was ludicrously small- I am a size 10/12 woman, and it was only a size too big for me.
When I requested a return address, I was told that as they are in China and I would have to pay taxes if I posted it back, the cost would outweigh the refund. They offered 10% of the purchase price as compensation if I kept the item. After further remonstrances on my part, the figure was increased to 30%, their final offer. Having by then read reviews of their practices,we decided to take this and put it down to experience.
This company also trades as Melbournes Finest. Nothing fine about them- avoid them like the plague.

I purchased 2 pairs of their waterproof trousers for my daughter's Christmas but they were too big (website advises you order a size larger than you normally require). After 3 weeks of haggling with them they eventually gave me the warehouse address in China to return for a full refund. I duly sent trousers back to China on 21st January and today received them back here 3 months later as they were "REFUSED" and I am back at square one with them sending me emails offering a 20% refund. This is bordering on criminal.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered a pair of trainers, size 39. The trainers that were sent are at least two sizes smaller. I cannot wear them.

Have been told by customer services that I cannot get a full refund. Options are I can pay for return to China (approx £30) or get a 15% refund.

Company has taken my money and not sent me the goods. This is theft.

Ordered orthopaedic pumps. Took ages to come then discovered it was from china!!! Red flag!!! No mention about that.
Just pumps with gold trim not orthopaedic. Small sized and not very wide. 14 day guarantee full refund what a joke! You have to pay to send back to China cost-over £30. Offered 15% back to keep them.
Wish i had read reviews before as wouldn’t have ordered. Lesson learnt!

The correct item arrived on time and is of good quality. The only thing negative about it is the sizing it not correct. I ordered XL and although marked as such it is more like medium/large. Fits my wife who likes it so I have ordered another 2 sizes bigger!

Poor quality jacket. It was advertised as warm, windproof and waterproof, but you could see through the fabric. As others have said, it's a China based company and returns are impossible. Despite several emails I only ended up with a partial refund. They say there will only be a refund if you pay to post it to China and they definitely receive it att the warehouse! Do not use this company.

DO NOT USE THIS SCAM COMPANY LONDON’s FINEST WHO ALSO GO BY THE NAME MELBOURNE’s FINEST: They are a disgrace! Ordered ‘orthopaedic support’ trainers… got email saying to be delivered soon and then NOTHING! Weeks went by, (I emailed them again & again) then still nothing and was told Yodel delivering with a date and timescale and well guess want ? Nothing!! Sent them another email (sent about 10 asking for updates each time) told them I no longer required as I had to go elsewhere to a reliable company (which I did).. by that time I had read reviews advising of scamming .. days later a guy shows up with a flimsy package which looked like contained a t-shirt even though supposed to be sturdy orthopaedic trainers?? I refused delivery and the guy took the packet away again as I no longer needed and these arrived too late! Any way I contacted PayPal again to tell them parcel refused and they have been NO help at all .. & I told them the only resolution for me will be a full refund! PayPal keep siding with them! Now these scammers are saying that another courier company has delivered these trainers.. even though I told them no thanks and that I would have been returning them anyway now (supposed to have a 14 days return - which is lies too).. absolute lies and more lies!!’ Asked them for proof as I know they weren’t delivered… I WFH and see any vehicle or person coming into my street plus have a ring camera! Still waiting on a reply and my full refund!! PLEASE AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!! PayPal also have been extremely disappointing and not sure if I’ll even use them again after this stressful experience!! Never again !!

This company is based in China and not in London. There returns policy isn't what it says on there website. Trying to get a full return is not what they say on the website. I am trying to get my refund because the item is too small for me and the item has to be posted back to China and they say it could take 45 days and they said when I post it back I should value it at only £10 to get it through customs and no assurance I will get a refund. I have lost nearly £50 and have reported them to trading Standards. Becareful before you purchase any thing from them your money back guarantee will not be honoured.

I have not received my order and I have paid for the item,. I wish I had seen these reviews prior to placing the order. I can ill afford to lose money in this way.

This company isn’t in London ,wrong information for the location still waiting my delivery to arrive, saw so many reviews in here I’m worried that what I ordered won’t be up to my expectations ! Never will order from this company again!

If I could give this company no stars I would. The quality of these trainers are absolutely awful! For £35 I have been utterly ripped off! The sizing is at least 2 sizes too small. The quality of the materials are so poor that I can’t even donate these to charity. This is a Chinese company and not based in the UK so DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! So much for Londons Finest…🤬
