Very poor company.
Garments very very small in size, incorrect or no size or washing instruction labels attached.
Complained of a size problem and they sent me exactly the same size.
Now they won't honour their returns policy !!!

Poor quality item delivered, nothing like that advertised or expected.

Label simple says, "Made in China" and took forever to arrive.

Dont wast your money when you can buy similar poor quality elsewhere for a fraction of the price.

Do not buy from this company!!
Product took weeks to arrive. The sizing is way off (and I did go up a size as is usual for online clothing).
Trying to return the cardigans has been near impossible. They don't want you to send the items back and offered me 20% of the order value to keep them and give them to someone else.
When I persisted, they then offered 40% to keep the items. I eventually managed to get a returns form from them, where they suggested I lie on the customs form (to speed up the process) and I have to bear the cost to return to a Chinese factory.
I will undoubtedly be challenging through my credit card because I don't have any faith in actually getting a refund.

Think twice before you click, Buy Now. Save yourself the misery of receiving something made out of old dish cloths. Buyer beware!

I wish I had read the reviews on this company before ordering. To be fair, when the waterproof trousers and ankle boots eventually arrived, I thought they were OK - certainly better quality than I feared. However, the sizing was way off (trousers far too small, ankle boots almost impossible to get on as no zip) so I just packaged it all back up and returned via Evri the next day. Evri collected the parcel a week ago but I have so far had 22 emails back and forth trying to get hold of the returns form and get a refund. Will be checking my credit card very carefully as I have definitely been scammed here. Very annoyed with myself for not checking reviews before ordering. Do not buy from this company (or if you do like the look of the waterproof trousers, go up several sizes!)

This is yet another Chinese company selling inferior goods hinting that it is British when clearly it is not. Then when it comes to returns it has to go to china at your own cost, which they have indicated will be £30. Yet another scam.

0 stars ordered two zip neck fleeces. Very poor quality. Return so far impossible 3 emails in and avoiding tactics. Yes you can return but it’s to China at an approximate cost £30 or more! This company has nothing to do with UK. So the company title is very misleading.

I ordered a zip neck fleece on February 24th and it finally arrived yesterday 11th March.
The quality is not very good and the item is overpriced.
Trying to get a return address is almost like Mission Impossible.

Terrible company please do not buy anything from this company you will be very disappointed

I ordered a fleece top from them on 13 February 2025 and it didn’t arrive until 17.00 hrs on 28 Feb.. I chased them up several times via a message box on their site but was never able to get a straight answer on when it would arrive. Their tracking system only ever showed just over 50% complete re its shipping progress.. Finally it arrived, so not a scam after all.. but as to the quality I’m not sure.. first impressions are that it’s a very much lower quality garment than was advertised.. the colour was darker and I was disappointed with the quality of fleece.. I definitely wouldn’t use them again.. I tried to find a telephone contact to speak to somebody, during the process, but none was available.. they offer zero customer service. I would exercise great caution if you’re looking at purchasing anything from these people..

After repeated requests for the appropriate forms to apply for a refund as no invoice/advice included with the delivery….in fact nothing at all, which I thought was suspicious and tried using “contact us” details on the website (several times) …..still waiting……
Also sending message via.. their email address is a complete waste of time

Ordered a mens hoodie. Total trash !
The zip broke on day 2.
The arm pockets only have one half of the press-stud pair (eg, they are for show).
The price was marketed as £75 reduced to £35 ... It is not even worth £20. It is poor quality rubbish ! I have just thrown it in the bin after one month.

Dreadful company. Such a professional advert. The item ordered arrived eventually but although the right size, the item was smaller than the label indicated. Knowing I could return within 14 days I tried, but was told I would have to pay £30 shipping as they have an office in UK but everything is done through China. I was offered £5.50 as a refund alternative to spending the shipping money. Absolute con and disgusting. Do not use unless you know you have the right sizing and trust their labelling.

London's finest misrepresent themselves online and on social media as a high-quality UK-based clothing supplier, this is completely false.
The images of their products are not accurate and they are based in China not UK selling cheap, substandard and poor quality products that do not resemble what appears in adverts or portray in their images. They breach UK consumer regulations and standards.
The customer service is none existent once they have our money. They refused or ignored messages for refund and instead tried to pressure me into keeping the items by continually offering discounts. It’s clear they are a scam organisation focussed entirely on ripping customers off.
Please do not fall for their misleading claims or their business tactics. This company is breaching consumer law and regulations and is scamming customers our of their money they falsely represent their products and they should not to be trusted or permitted to advertise on social media.

I cannot say this anymore than I will right now Please Please Please do not buy anything from this bunch of Dog Toffee con artists!! I ordered a top for a birthday at least 4 weeks ago now it’s passed! I asked where the item was and the kept making excuses as I know now they order from sweat shops/ China and the delay is massive!! Ask for a refund and they will fob you right off you won’t get one to say the least!!! Please look on Trust pilot and other sites believe me I’m not wrong. If they were a reputable site they would refund without argument apology on the table know fight but trust me they won’t!!! Please someone look into this disgusting set up and close it down at the soonest!!! Bloody disgusting……

What a load of rubbish!! Don't be fooled by the London logo it's shipped from China took nearly a month to receive the baggy out of shape polyester..DO NOT BUY!!!

2nd review. After extended delivery period outdoor hoody arrived. 3rd grade polyester and full zip version not quarter zip as indicated on site. Zipis as rogh as sandpaper. For £15 that is ok but I paid £40. It will cost me £35 to return it so it is on the way to recycling. Lesson learnt.

Sooo bad I can’t believe I was had, the quality is absolutely rubbish and prices exorbitant and as for trying to return your goods well it’s nearly impossible and very expensive. Their web site looks and read good but it is all lies. Wish I had consulted this site before being had.
