Delivery was 5 days overdue which caused labour overrun problems, lack of service from the pallet company affected costs.

I have discussed the matter with the Business Development Manager that looks after you account and they have informed me that a gesture has been made of compensation and they are just awaiting a reply from you on this.
We take issues like these very seriously, even though the delivery is not being made by us, the 3rd party hauler are still acting on our behalf delivering our goods to our customers, this will be addressed directly with them to ensure their service is improved.

Jason has been exceptionally patient whilst we struggled to decide on paving slabs. Moving samples outside to see in the sunlight and accessing pictures online of the stones in situ. Never pushy just extremely helpful.
