I wouldn't even give this company 1 star if there was an alternative option. Now that I've had such a disgusting experience, I decided to read what others had said. Sure enough....it's the same appalling treatment that I've encountered. I wouldn't want anyone else to lose their hard-earned money so as with numerous other reviews, this company ARE A SCAM. I've reported them to Trading Standards who have taken me very seriously. They tell me this company are already very much on their radar. I ordered their armbands. They don't even come remotely close to fitting, in fact they are just cheap bits of oversize material. They refused to refund but I persisted. Eventually, after countless emails, they agreed to refund without return, but only for the unopened items (there were 3 identical). When I asked how a customer is supposed to know if something is fit for purpose without opening, they couldn't come up with any response. If they don't want even the unopened items returned, this tells you everything you need to know about scamming. And guess what? The partial refund is sitting in my account 15 days after being actioned......in PENDING....that's right, the partial refund has not gone through. Luckily TS have now taken me seriously but please don't fall foul of this atrocious company.

Bought a lymphatic arm band, I am a woman and this was massive, asked for a refund but told unable to, due to hygiene rules, they also didn't know there was 2 in the box so offered to send that back as unopened, clearly they are not quality controlled, as yet no response, if these have been recommended by any doctor as stated or people who purchased them happy, these reviews must be fake on Instagram, I was also asked to take a photo on my arms, then told can't refund as its been opened, again this item is not fit for anyone who hasn't got at least 20" arms

Trading standards needs to investigate this business - they charge for fast delivery which is a total lie, they wont cancel or refund your money - armbands awful - poor fit - poor material - prob cost about 20p to make - do not spend any money on any of their products - the quality from Asia eg China etc is not the same quality we used to in Europe/Uk/North America - cheap product, misleading advertising, charge for fast delivery - that a joke item took nearly a month to arrive so who pockets that money then? They should be closed down and not allowed to trade. BE WARNED don't waste your money.

Unfortunately I made a mistake for the first time buying supplements without reading its reviews, I spent £128 on few products, none of them works it’s like your taking flour pills. I asked for my money back no response yet. Just realised I’ve been scammed. I’m going to report this to the relevant authorities.

Regretting not reading these reviews before purchasing from here. Ordered under the not satisfied get your money back. However, that isn’t an option unfortunately it is false advertising. You will not get your money back regardless of products not working.
Fortunately I have only lost £19.99.
Would not recommend, plenty of other sites with good customer service.

Terrible product terrible customer support x I had a few emails back and forward with Sophie no help at all x the arm band arrived £19.99 and it came there was only one in there x I said I have 2 arms and that would of cost me £40 no refund no return x don’t waste your money they are preying on us older women with bingo wings x

Do not order from this company. The armbands are not as described; they do not fit all upper arms. They are oversized and cannot be adjusted to fit different arm sizes. The company refused to provide a refund because I had to open the package to discover this issue. They also will not accept a return, even though the item has not been used. Do not waste your money. This company has poor customer service and only offers refunds if you receive the package and decide to return it without opening it, which is ridiculous.

Ordered off this company, took ages to arrive after due date, chased them , not really interested in my order told me to chase the courier!!
Used the product did not work , tried to claim a refund but told can only have a refund within 14 days of having the product, even though the product I purchased would not have worked within the 14 days. Not impressed with any of my experience with this company . AVOID . AVOID

I ordered the nmn supplement, and received it. I tried to cancel my subscription multiple times. No reply. Yet they are still trying to take my money every month and sometimes twice a month. I have blocked payments to them and wrote to tell them. These people should be stopped.

Just been in contact with my bank,they have put on a block so SP London Vitality can not take anymore money from my account.iv read that people are having trouble with subscriptions and can’t cancel it,ring your bank that will stop it.You have to wait 15 days if you haven’t received the item or it’s not right visa will get it back for you.

Impossible to cancel subscription - they do not respond to emails. Very poor customer service.

I purchased two bottles of Fungi Vanish. These are basically small 10ml bottles of liquid with a rollerball at one end so you can apply to your toenails.

They took three weeks to arrive and the first bottle lasted three days. So much liquid seeps out between the bottle neck and the ball that you end up with more liquid on the floor than on your toes. No idea if the stuff works, as what should have been enough to last at least a month will only give me six days.

Avoid at all costs, utter rip-off!!!!😡

I had Quercetin on subscription. It didn't make any difference and my husband still got a gout flare up. I decided to try another supplier (also because it was somewhere I could get quite a few of the things I needed). I couldn't find any way of cancelling my subscription so I emailed them. Three times. They still sent my next delivery. I have cancelled the payment with the bank now, and emailed to tell them so. I can't recommend them - very poor customer service.

Still waiting for my order. Said it's being processed on 28 April. Why is it called London Vitality if it's still being shipped. I live in London so who knows why it's called London Vitality. Another scam company in China I suspect. These companies should be investigated quick to take your money then no order arrived

Dreadful . Zero stars. Can’t cancel subscription! Had to call my bank. Not what you need with Stage4 non curable cancer!!!

I tried all the email addresses I could find and their website , but to no avail. THIEVES!!!

Same as other reviews emailed multiple times to cancel subscription but no response. Hoping my bank can block the subscription. Won’t take any more of the Quercerin tablets i purchased as don’t trust whats in them.

Sold me an empty bottle! then asked me to return it to China at my own cost!!

Trying to cancel my subscription, to no avail. They don't answer emails, can't get a telephone number for them. I should have looked at the reviews before subscribing.

Hands down 100% the WORST customer service ever!! No telephone number. Never responds to emails. If you subscribe you can’t cancel because no one ever responds to you. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!!!!

I have been trying for 4 months (since November 2924) to cancel an automatic subscription.
There is NO landline available anywhere for the 124 city road, EC1V 2NX address.
It’d be easier to contact the pope.
They don’t reply to ANY requests for refunds either via email (4 sent) or on their site in messages (4 sent), 8 messages in total! AND goods returned to them!!!!!
Once you sign up all you can do is cancel your credit card.
