POSSIBLE SCAM
Exactly the same experience as previous review to try and cancel a recurring order.
4 emails later , plus trying to contact via their Web page . No one has responded.
I stupidly didn't look at the reviews before buying the NMN product.

DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE

I have been trying to cancel a recurring order. There is no contact number to speak of, email request to reset password does not come and if you contact them via the the contact form on the website and they refer you back to manage your account which I am unable to access or reset the password. STAY AWAY!

Items don't arrive ..... emails are not responded to.
AVOID AVOID

Absolute cowboys, say they accept returns but don't. No telephone number to speak to anyone and they ignore your emails. I wouldn't risk buying from them.

Scam website selling flour in capsules. No response from customer services or "josh" the email given in contact.

Privacy policy is blank. address is just a bulk company registration service

I did receive my NMN capsules..however I now have doubts about them and will get them tested in a laboratory and report back. Luckily I am connected to a large medical testing company in the UK. I am now unsure where these have been made and what they actually contain. Strangely, I got a text from the same number that AQUAFILTERs uses, and that outfit was a total nonsense offering water filters and never delivering, not refunding etc. I would say avoid if its the same person (group).

I tried also to contact them with no order received - terrible no replies and no product!!

NO ORDER RECEIVED. Company ignoring messages.

It's a total scam. Never received my vitamins (which are not sent). No customer service and you can't cancel you subscription. Tried to contact them multiple times. IT'S TOTAL SCAM. STAY AWAY

Ordered before reading these reviews.
Shipping was slow & only seemed to be actioned when I email (once to query initial tracking, once to ask when the item would be handed to Royal Mail). I would email, receive no response to my message (both direct and via the website) and about 2hrs later would receive a shipping notification.

I did receive my order, but have yet to have any acknowledgment of my messages, and having read the issues other people have had I would avoid ordering from LV again as their are so many other businesses selling these products.

Have taken my money, never received the my order and they don’t reply to emails. It’s basically a one man band running a scam.

The NMN was delivered on time and works proficiently in treating my suspected ADHD.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Once you give them your details for a subscription, you cannot get back in contact with them to cancel. Went directly to the company address, not a physical office, just a forwarding address. Had to cancel my card and flag it to my bank to stop payments. Absolute scammers.

Wish I'd read them before I placed my order for NMN.
Never got a confirmation email after ordering (checked spam folder), despite payment pending with my bank, which made me wary. Contacted them through their web contact form to query this, then came across these reviews. Contacted them again immediately and asked to cancel order. Tracking showed Royal Mail hadn't received parcel, so should still have been able to cancel.

Got an email response next day proving a tracking link, nothing else. They didn't even acknowledge my cancellation request. I have sent several messages since, via web contact and their email address, all of which have been ignored. I have now received the product and have not opened it, as I am determined to get a full refund, as do not believe the product to be genuine.

I have written to them again regarding return and refund, advising I will raise with Trading Standards. No response as yet.
I would return the product to the address given, however 124 City Rd, London, is just a virtual business address for numerous other companies, including another NMN supplier who is linked to this person on the Companies House listing. I have flagged this review to notify them, let's see if they bother to respond this time. Will update review if they do.

Horrible company. Products I ordered came wrong , requested a return , no reply. There is no even phone number to call. Just waste of money!!!!

Terrible Company. They reopened an old subscription without my consent. When contacted they replied to say subscriptions are self managing, which i replied to say I'd not placed the order. I received no reply to that.
Then when the order that I'd not placed arrived half of it was missing. Avoid at all costs!

Pretty useless. Cancelled my subscription with them. They then send and charge me for a delivery. I contact them to get it cancelled again. They say they’ll refund me and then just ignore all subsequent correspondence. Before this farce they kept harassing me with emails trying to get me to buy their rubbish quality products.

Avoid. Either they’ll scam you out of money or sell you rubbish. Look around, there’s better out there.

Disgusting SCAM COMPANY! I tried to buy ONE PACK of vitamins and they forced my one off purchase into a subscription! There is NO WAY to cancel it and they keep trying to take money from my.Bank! I have reported them to trading standards and the police. Luckily my bank have not removed a penny from my account for this fraud!!

Products finally arrived. Irish post

No customer service. I emailed twice to stop my subscription as the website login didn't work (tried regularly over 2 weeks) and got no reply. They took another payment and sent another batch. I had to contact my bank to block the merchant.

I've been taking NMN and collagen for 2 months now and I have seen zero results. I searched on the website for info about where they source their products and couldn't find anything. For all I know I could have been paying for placebos.
