She was Excellent in her knowledge, wisdom, patience, perseverance, communication and honesty in handling the many complicated issues of our individual situation..

My experience with Longbridge has been excellent.
I started with Melissa Tofighi who was wonderful to work with. She knows her business and explains things clearly. She has a pleasant way of interacting with you. I also worked with Megan Watts who I experienced the same kind of interaction. With both people, phone calls and messages were returned within very short periods of time and I always felt that I could reach out to either one.

Longbridge made it very easy for me. Explained everything to me and I had a lot of questions. I could not be happier. Would recommend.

Four years ago my husband of 64 years passed away. It became clear after a while that I wouldn't be able to afford living in my house without help. I had heard about reverse mortgages but didn't know too much about it. I was introduced to William Donofrio of Longbridge Financial who came to my house to inform me of all my options.
I am deeply grateful for his expertise on the subject of reverse mortgages and all it entails. He explained it in a language I could understand. I realized that I would be able to stay in my home and agreed to take the mortgage. It has been over a year and I acknowledge that it was the smart thing to do, thanks to the knowledge of Mr. Donofrio, and I can still reply on him if I have any questions. Thank you!

Lauren Domzalski, far better than 5 star. Having owned sales business throughout my 71 years of life I have never had an employee who ever went above and beyond as much as Lauren. My wife and myself worked with Lauren almost exclusively. I commend Longbridge for having employees like her. Our loan was in no way easy. Every single time we needed to know something she was there, including after hrs at our closing. We closed on Sept 9th. If Longbridge dispersement department is 1/2 as good as Lauren then we would give the company a 10 star if we could.

To get a reverse mortgage was a big decision for us. We looked a three companies and the interaction with Melissa Tofighi of Longbridge Financial was very positive and low pressure. It was the right decision to go with Longbridge. Melissa explained everything clearly as we went through the process. The process did take a bit longer than expected but now I know our financial future is secure. Thank you Melissa and the team at Longbridge.

I recommend having Melissa Tofighi be your representative if you would use Longbridge Financial services for a reverse mortgage. I lost my husband in February, and was in danger of losing my home because I can't swing the mortgage payments on my own. I called Longbridge Financial and Melissa was my representative. After I explained my situation, she diligently worked to make this happen for me. She made me a priority because I had enough money to swing my mortgage payment for a number of months, but would then have to go into foreclosure. This has happened so fast from my initial consult less than a month ago! Melissa is very professional and she really cares about the clients she works with. I can't say enough good about her. She made a scary prospect remarkably easy for me! She went above and beyond to even talk me through things on the internet that I was unfamiliar with. If you are ever in need of this type of service, you can't go wrong with Melissa and Longbridge Financial!

“Unfair and Deceptive Practices”

After my mother and her qualifying spouse passed away, my sisters and I submitted Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure documents to LongBridge Financial. While the forms were still under review and not yet accepted, they sent an unidentified vendor to change the locks on the property — even though we still legally owned it.

When I raised concerns, LongBridge’s representative ignored them and pressured me to authorize access instead of addressing the clear legal and liability issues. When I refused access to change the locks, the specialist threatened the "long" foreclosure process. Changing locks before a DIL is accepted could be considered unauthorized possession and feels like an unfair, deceptive, and abusive practice disguised as foreclosure procedure.

Families deserve transparency, respect, and lawful treatment during such difficult times. Sadly, that has not been my experience with LongBridge
