Terrible customer service and after sales
If I could put no stars I would.
Ordered 3 babyliss hair wands through last year, one for me, my sister and niece.
My neices was faulty, they said send it back by on line chat. This was in ea4ly November 25. They gave me three different codes for free postage, not one of them worked so I had to pay to send a faulty item back. Then they said they couldn’t find it eventually it turned up offered a refund, I so no 3 times a replacement. They said it has to be a refund. Guess what still no refund of £120. I’ve been waiting for over 3 weeks for my money. But stupidly I ordered another as it was to replace the faulty one for my niece and I’m out of pocket £120.
Absolutely disgusting customer services. Will never use them again
